Sad times to, Scary ones

*10 minutes later*

Steven was outside for a good 10 minute before Mina came out with him and stood beside him. Mina stood there for a sec before hugging him, "Mina, what are-" Steven stopped as Mina hugged him, "Stop." Mina demanded softly. Steven stood there for a sec and he just wondered why she did that, "Okay, if you don't start hugging me Steven, this is gonna get really awkward" Mina stated "You pinned my arms down" Steven laughed "Oh" Mina said letting go and hugging Steven again but putting her arms around his neck and her head on his shoulder. "There, that's better," Steven sighed. Mina walked back inside with Steven and went back to the apartment and watched the news to see if anything came up about Sheldon. Just as they started watching, Mina's phone rang. "Steven.." Mina said shakily, "What, what's wrong?" He asked worryingly "It's that number again" Mina said "Here, let me" Steven said taking the phone and answering it

Over Phone:

Steven and Unknown

Steven: Hello?

Unknown: Hi, is Mina there

Steven: May I ask who is calling

Unknown: No, you may not. I just need to talk to her

Steven: I will not allow you to, because I don't trust you

Unknown: Well, Steven. It's too late for that

Steven: How do you know-

Unknown: What? How do I know your name? Steven come on, take a guess

Steven: I-

Unknown: I'll give you a hint-

Steven: ...

Unknown: Close Friend

Steven: Nope, nothing!

Unknown: Okay, how about. Ooh, Suicide. Hmm?

Steven: Suici-

Unknown: Put the pieces together

Steven: Sheldon!

Stranger: *Hangs up*

In person

"What?" Mina gasped "I- I-" Steven was speechless, "Steven? What do you mean, when you say ''Sheldon?" Mina said slowly "I-" Steven was shocked, he was upset and for once he was actually scared, "Hey, Steven." Mina said walking in front of him, Steven was frozen in fear, but he didn't know why, "Hey" Mina could see in his eyes she was frightened, "I- I have to go" Steven panicked grabbing his coat and his stuff, "Hey, Steven. Wait" Mina said, going after him. "Wait, please," Mina said, chasing after him. "Mina I can't, just let me go home. I have to be alone and I will call you later" Steven stated, entering the stairwell. 

Mina walked back to her apartment and shut the TV off and stood on the balcony. "GOD DAMN IT!" Mina yelled off the balcony. And somehow Steven wasn't gone and heard her yelling, "No, just keep walking" Steven told himself. Steven felt terrible about leaving but he had to be alone and he just needed to think. He knew Mina was pissed off and upset but he had no other choice, he couldn't just lock himself in a room and just hide. He had to go home and just rest and see what happens tomorrow.
