Captured (Poe Dameron x reader)

(time skip 1 week)

"Poe will you please put Harriet down." he grins bopping her nose gently "Why?" I smile leaning against the door frame "Because she needs to sleep and so do you." he sighs, gently placing her down in her crib. I walk to his side wrapping an arm around his waist "Come on I need sleep and so do you." he grins picking me up and walking out the room "My beautiful family." I chuckle and kiss his chin "I love you Flyboy." he wiggles his eye brows "Well that's good because your stuck with me for ever." 

He sets me down on our bed pulling of his shirt before lying next to me wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me flush to his chest. "I love you Y/N." I grin nuzzling closer "I love you too."

First words:

"Say Daddy. Come on you can do it. Say daddy." I smile warmly watching from the sofa. "Poe honey, you have to be patient." he pouts slightly but instantly melts into warm smiles when Harriet lets out gurgles reaching for his face. "I know but she's so close." Harriet giggles squirming around in his arms "You want to go to mummy?" he sets her on the ground and she crawls over babbling nonsense to herself. I laugh and pick her up twirling around "That's right sweetie."

She giggles grabbing a bit of my hair "Da...Da..." I grin "What was that sweetie?" Poe stands coming to my side "Da...Da..." Poe beams "You can do it. say daddy." she swivels around beaming "Da...Da...Daddy." I grin "That's right baby." Poe beams taking her from me kissing her cheek "Daddy." he grins turning and pressing a light kiss to my temple. "BB...BB." Poe grins crouching down so she can greet the two droids as they roll into the room. 

First steps:

"Y/N. Y/N. Come quick." I run into the garden "What? What's wrong? Is Harriet okay?" he grins "She's fine. But look." Harriet is sitting with BB-4 babbling away happily. I stand by Poe and watch as she places her hands on BB-4's head before pushing her self up so she is standing.

She turns and stumbles slightly but BB-8 rolls over hastily allowing her to lean on him. Poe crouches down "Come on baby, come on." she stumbles forward another step and Poe swoops in picking her up before she can fall "Well done baby. You did so well."
