Captured (Poe Dameron x reader)

Wedding planning

Poe P/O/V:

I rub a hand over my eyes and turn my head slightly, Y/N is cuddled into my side her hair sticking up at funny angles. She still looks beautiful. I grin and run a hand through her hair and kiss her forehead. Slowly her eyes open and she smiles "Morning." I grin "Good morning beautiful." she blushes and sits up kissing me lightly "Whats the bet that the whole base will already know we are engaged?" I shrug "Well I told Ava and Heather a while ago so very high." she grins and nods climbing out of bed and disappearing into the shower. I stand and walk over to the draws opening the one with some of my clothes in that I moved here. I pull on a shirt and trousers and Y/N appears wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

She walks over and kisses my cheek lightly "Should we go get breakfast?" I nod and take her hand lightly in mine. We walk to the dinning hall and grab a tray of food each before walking over to a table where Heather and Ava are both sitting. "Good morning." Ava grins and turns to Y/N "Okay so we have a lot to plan." Y/N groans "Its to early for planning." Ava grins "Never. So we have to plan out: colour theme, cake, venue, guest list, outfits, decorations." Y/N sighs and holds up a hand "Okay here's the deal, you let me eat my breakfast first and I won't hit you." I laugh into my food and Ava laughs "Fine." 

Y/N nods and starts eating "Thank you." I grin and hold her hand under the table. Finn, Rey and Ben walk over and Y/N stands hugging them. "Poe proposed!" Rey grins and hugs her again "Congratulations." Ben smiles "I'm happy for you." she sits back down and leans her head on my arm. The three of them sit down and Y/N finishes eating. Ava grins "Okay now you've finished, planning time." Y/N rolls her eyes but nods "Why do we have to start now?" Ava shrugs "Because I'm exited and have already started." Y/N nods "Of course you have." Ava stands "Come on." Y/N kisses my cheek gently and says "See you later." before allowing Ava to drag her out the room.

Your P/O/V:

Luke and Leia appear around the corner and I walk over hugging them both grinning, Leia smiles "I'm guessing you said yes." I nod and smile showing her the ring. Luke smiles slightly "I'm happy for you." I smile and hug him again "Thanks dad." he nods slightly and I smile "I know its against the Jedi code and everything." he shrugs "It would seem a fair few of us aren't very good at following the rules." I nod and Ava grabs my hand dragging me away "Come on we've got planning to do."

She leads me into her room and I sit on the bed while she opens a large box and pulls out several books "When Poe said he was proposing I started planning some things." I laugh flicking through the books "Some things?" she shrugs "Okay everything." I laugh and she opens a new book "We can put everything you decide on in here." I nod "But I want Poe's point of view as well." she nods and disappears out the room. After several minutes she reappears again dragging Poe behind her. I laugh and he sits next to me.

Ava grins sitting opposite us "Now we can start." I laugh and roll my eyes slightly. "I don't see why we have to do this right now." she glares at me and I smile slightly "But there's no time like the present." she smiles and nods.
