Captured (Poe Dameron x reader)

Poe P/O/V:

I land the jet in a small clearing near my house. I lift the cock pit window and jump down taking both of our bags before turning and helping Y/N down. "You know I can do this myself." I shrug and kiss her cheek gently "I wanted to help." she rolls her eyes "Your a dork." I grin "I'm your dork." she nods "Yes, yes you are." I sling both our bags over one shoulder and grab her hand in my other "Come on." the two of us walk through the trees and I grin as my childhood home comes into view.

"Is there were you lived?" I nod and she grins "Its beautiful." I smile and squeeze her hand lightly "Well I'm glad you liked it."she nods and we walk towards the door. It opens before we reach it and my dad appears in the doorway grinning. I drop the bags on the floor and hug him tightly "Poe, I've missed you." I grin "Missed you too dad." 

He grins and pulls away "And you must be Y/N it's lovely to meet you." she smiles warmly and waves slightly "It's nice meet you sir." he grins "Please call me Kes, Sir makes me feel old." she smiles "Sorry." he grins and hugs her gently "Well come on inside I want to know how the two of you met." I smile and grab our bags and Y/N's hand squeezing it slightly.

She smiles and the two of us walk inside "So how long have you been together?" I shrug slightly "A while I don't actually know how long." Y/N laughs "Neither sorry." my dad laughs "Well as long as your happy." we both nod and Kes grins "That's good, hey where's BB-8?" I smile "He decided to stay at the base with his girl droid BB-4." he nods and laughs "Who would have thought droids dating." I nod and flop onto the sofa pulling Y/N into my side.

Dad sits opposite us and grins "So how did he propose?" the two of us must have looked shocked because he grins "well I'm assuming the ring is an engagement ring." Y/N grins and twists the ring on her finger "He took me to the restaurant where we had our first dinner date and he told me how much he loved me and proposed." 

He nods and grins "Well I never would have taken Poe as the romantic sort." I scowl "Hey." he grins "Sorry." Y/N laughs and leans her head on my shoulder "When's the wedding?" Y/N smiles "It's in three months, the date is still being decided. We wanted to invite you in person." I nod and dad grins "Well I look forward to it and meeting your parents." Y/N smiles "Just my dad and my aunt." he nods and I grin "You've actually already met her aunt." he looks confused and Y/N smiles warmly "General Organa." he grins "Leia's your aunt? So that means your skywalkers kid." she blushes slightly but nods "Yep." 

Your P/O/V:

Kes seems very nice and looks a lot like Poe. He smiles and stands "Well I'll let you too get settled and make some dinner." Poe stands and grabs my hand "Come on." I follow him through the house to a large room at the back "Was this your room?" he nods and I grin looking around. There is a double bed, a desk covered in paper and lots of pictures stuck to the wall. There is also a small model of an x-wing hanging from the ceiling. I walk over to the pictures and Poe stands next to me "That's my mum." I smile the woman has curly blond hair and Brown eyes. "You have her eyes." he grins "You remind me of her sometimes. Strong, devoted and never gives up." I smile and kiss his cheek looking at the other pictures on the wall of Poe when he was younger and of BB-8.
