Kei was transfered to the Astrid's mansion to the Wilderburg mansion without arousing anyone's attention.

He has no attachment toward this bed but his room has his smell so he is more comfortable here.

"Kei, Jeremy is here to visit you." Aurora said outside the bedroom.
