he said to pearl and phoenix, he just nodded his thanks as pearl smiled gratefully at him, miles grunted as he took a sip of his water, muttering to his boyfriend about what he had missed, ..which wasn't anything

'the food was awful, even the drinks are terrible.., ..i don't understood how this is a five-star restaurant!'

he pondered, he only got through half after nearly throwing up at how disgusting it was, , ..at least the water wasn't bad, it was probably the only good thing here, that was saving him, phoenix nodded in agreement, ..the smell of the veggie skillet, he looked to his side and saw pearl eyeing her food in awe, ...he was gonna make them a real dinner after this

after they the awful meals, and maggie's shift was over, she took a seat next to gumshoe, and they all started to celebrate, during their small talk, gumshoe suddenly helped up a glass of water

phoenix and miles rolled their eyes, but went along with it, holding up their glasses, miles chuckled as he took a sip, and then, without thinking, gumshoe smiled at the two as he did another cheers
