phoenix looked out the window as he played with his locket in his hands, ...he couldn't stop thinking about violet, and how she had too testify about seeing her own mother die right before her eyes, ...what he'd give to go back in time, and never, ever let maya witness such a thing.., the only thing that caught him out of his thoughts, was iris, when she suddenly spoke up to him, her voice full of grief

he sighed as she gently placed an hand on her shoulder, ...he couldn't hate her to much for what had happened, ..but he still held her responsible for her part in the crime

he comforted, she didn't say anything back, ..phoenix decided to ask his questions

she looked up at him a bit surprised
