"NO WALLS AND NO  D O O R S

NO LIGHTS AND NO  S O U N D S  !"

IT HAD BEEN A Month since the final battle in Sokovia and to say the team took a hit would be an understatement. They weren't sure how but the girl had managed to transfer enough energy from her body to Pietro's. She had healed him, not completely but enough to where they could transport him to get him professional help. They got him to the help he needed provided by Helen Cho, yeah she had saved her too miraculously, and he was set to leave the hospital any day now.

Once Pietro finally woke up he was greeted by Wanda clinging to him in a fierce grip, feeling him die nearly killed her so seeing him wake up moved her to tears. She had filled him in on everything, how they had defeated Ultron, the new Avengers facility, being offered a spot on the team and what Hadley had done. As soon as he heard what the girl had done for him he nearly jumped out of the bed to go thank her before he had been informed of her condition. He felt beyond guilty but soon learned from Clint that it was her decision. That didn't stop him from feeling like it was his fault. Wanda had taken him to see the girl just down the hall a few times but the doctors told him he needed to rest, much to his dismay. He needed her to wake up, he needed to thank her.

Clint had travelled back home announcing his retirement from the group. He was often unsure of his decision but seeing the girl in the hospital every day reminded him exactly why he was retiring. His family was the most important thing in his life, her included and seeing her on the brink of death terrified him. Laura had given birth to the newest addition, Nathaniel Pietro Barton. When the boy had been informed of the newest Barton's middle name he almost teared up, almost. The kids constantly asked about the girl but he just explained she was still on a trip and that she would be back soon, he hoped he wasn't lying.

Tony had been working on the new Avengers facility for quite some time but now seemed like the perfect time to finally open it up. Those who remained with team thrived as the hero's and former SHIELD agents along with Dr. Cho's workers all came together to work in the same building.

Thor had returned to Asgard to figure out what to do with Loki's scepter and investigate the stones he had seen in his vision. While Natasha and Steve stuck around the facility to train the new recruits including, Sam, Rhodey, Wanda and the Vision, not too shabby for a group of new Avengers.

And while many of the hero's were going their separate ways one thing would always keep them intertwined, at least for the time being.

The girl had been laid in the hospital bed since their return from Sokovia, at first she was in and out of consciousness but after her first surgery they found her unresponsive. The only thing to show that she was alive being her heartbeat and breathing. But while they saw the quiet girl her thoughts were racing and her brain on fire.

She was aware of what had happened, or at least she thought she was. She tried to remember everything but it was all scrambled as she fought to claw her way out of the depths of her mind. But each time she fell once again, deeper than before. She truly thought she was dead.

She was surrounded by darkness when she woke up, or at least woke up in her head? She couldn't make sense of it and she didn't care to because she thought she was dead. Where she found herself was cold and wet and caused a chill to run up her spine. Her clothes consisted of the uniform she had been wearing in Sokovia but it looked different with blood stains and rips all across.

She was sat alone in the darkness and at first she thought it was a room, maybe a hallucination. But as time went on she got curious, attempting to find a way out. She soon found that the dark was endless, an eternal void. There were no walls and no doors. No lights and no sounds. Even her powers weren't working. All she could feel was emptiness and loneliness and she couldn't help but think it was what she deserved.

All she could feel was emptiness and loneliness and she couldn't help but think it was what she deserved
