Aizawa and Chiyo decided to talk outside the room so they don't upset him anymore. Kaminari and Tokoyami walked over to the second bed. They sat down with their trays and started to eat. They wanted to wait until Izuku calmed down. Izuku slowly looked up at them confused.

"Is everything ok?" Tokoyami asked.

Izuku mumbled something and Dark Shadow spoke up, "He's confused as to why you both are here"

"Oh Izuku wants to know why we're here," Tokoyami said to Kaminari.

"Because we're your friends and we don't want you to be lonely or bored!" Kaminari smiled at him.

Izuku simply nodded not sure how to respond. They'd just leave once they realized how broken he was. Even if they already knew they were probably just his friends out of pity. He wouldn't tell them to leave though if he did he wouldn't be able to see Dark Shadow. At the moment he was the only thing keeping Izuku grounded. Without his presence, Izuku wasn't sure how long he'd last before the voices and dark thoughts consumed him again.

"Oh I almost forgot," Kaminari took off a drawstring bag "Here I brought you a few things"

Izuku carefully took the bag and opened it. He looked through it to see clothes, his journals, and a hoodie that wasn't his. Izuku pulled it out looking at the electric boy confused.

"I know you like my hoodie from last night so I brought you another" Kaminari answered.

Izuku nodded and went to the small bathroom to clean up and change. He had a bit of trouble because of his arm but could manage. He had to admit he was grateful to Kaminari. He felt a lot better now that he was clean and changed into more comfortable clothes. He had still been in his uniform, safe for his hoodie when he passed out. They haven't asked him what happened or why he did what he did yet.

Even if he didn't stab himself on purpose he did mean to hurt himself. He was weak not just physically but mentally and now they know. He was scared of them kicking him out of UA. He didn't want that, if they kicked him out he'd have nowhere to go. He stopped by his house to grab something he left and found it completely empty. He didn't say anything because he didn't want to bother anyone.

His mother left as soon as she got the chance. He knew that was his fault though, maybe if he was stronger and had a quirk he wouldn't have driven her away. He was a failure and now everyone knows. Their all going to hate him now and there was nothing he could do. Bakugo and his mom have known him longer than anyone and they hate him. That means there's something wrong with him and that it's his fault his life is so miserable.

Izuku exited the bathroom and climbed back into the bed. The news was on and he saw some new pros fighting. He whipped out his journal writing down all the new information at breakneck speed. There are two new heroes called Mako and Storm who just stopped a wildfire. Mako was a relatively short woman with blue and green hair. She had pale white skin and greenish-blue eyes. She has hydrokinesis and can control water.

Her quirk also lets her create water which is pretty powerful. If she uses her quirk too long she gets severely dehydrated. Storm's quirk lets him create tornadoes out of thin air. He can control its size and shape as well as how strong it is. Kaminari and Tokoyami chuckled but were happy Izuku was somewhat acting himself. Dark Shadow sat beside him and peered at his paper.

"Those two have a super move called Tsunami." Dark Shadow added and Izuku quickly looked at him.

"What...does it...do?" Izuku asked quietly.

"Well since their rescue heroes they mostly deal with disasters. Mako's water quirk and Storm's tornado quirk together are pretty powerful. So when there are things like wildfires or a large area that is on fire they're the ones to call. Storm can control his tornadoes after he makes them. Mako shoots water into it and then lifts it into the sky. Storm then disperses it and the water pours down like heavy rain." Dark Shadow explained.

Izuku nodded and started writing that down on the next page. He started to think of possible weaknesses and where they needed to improve. He sketched out their Hero suits and then thought of support items they may need. Dark Shadow pointed at certain parts and Izuku wrote down an explanation.

"What is Dark Shadow saying?" Kaminari asked.

"They're talking about the new Pros Mako and Storm," Tokoyami said.

"Oh yeah! I saw a video of them stopping that wildfire. It was so crazy how they did it but I was surprised they didn't cause any damage with the tornado." Kaminari said looking at the clip that was playing on the TV.

Aizawa and Chiyo walked back into the room quietly. Aizawa handed Kaminari and Tokoyami their work from today. The two adults glanced at Izuku to see he and Dark Shadow were quietly discussing something. Dark Shadow would say or point to something and Izuku would scribble something down.

Aizawa knew Izuku was mumbling despite not hearing anything. Izuku's lips were rapidly moving and it seemed like Dark Shadow was catching every word. They were a strange duo, to say the least, but Aizawa was just happy to see he was doing better.

"Midoriya?" Aizawa called out.

Izuku's head snapped up upon hearing his name being called.

"We called your mom to let her know what happened but we haven't been able to find her" Aizawa informed the boy.

Izuku mumbled something and Dark Shadow looked at Tokoyami repeating it. Tokoyami then turned to the Adults translating for them.

"Izuku said uh not to bother looking for her she stopped caring a while ago," Tokoyami said frowning.

Aizawa growled under his breath, "Well it's still a problem but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. If you want when you can't be in the dorms you can stay with one of us."

Izuku nodded and went back to writing in his journal. Dark Shadow started to pat him on the head. Tokoyami and Kaminari started on the work they missed occasionally glancing at Izuku. They're gonna make sure he never felt alone again.
