27: Pʅҽαʂҽ Sƚαყ

Sero pushed his way through the crowd and went up to Bakugo grabbing his arm. Aizawa and the others followed close behind.

"Where is he?" Sero growled.

Bakugo snatched his arm away, "I don't know he used his stupid quirk to leave"

"Tokoyami can Dark Shadow find him?" Aizawa asked.

"I can feel him," Dark Shadow said anxiously.

"Dark Shadow can feel him" Tokoyami responded.

"Lead us to him" Kaminari nodded at them.

Dark Shadow took off and the group ran after them. The only thing on their mind was finding him before he found a roof. They were confused when they arrived at Heights Alliance. That was until they noticed a figure on the roof.

"I'm going up there," Bakugo said heading for the door.

"Like hell, you are-"

Sero cut Kaminari off, "Well you're not going up there"

"And why the hell not!" Kaminari said angrily.

"You're the last person he'd want to see" Shinso growled.

"Shut the fuck up! Now is not the time for your bullshit!" Shoto snapped.

"All of you need to calm down. We need to stop him before it's too late." Aizawa said trying to remain calm.

"I hate to agree with him but he's right. Bakugo is the only person who can stop him...he won't listen to anyone else, " Ayoma turned to Bakugo "I know you were listening last night, I don't care what you have to do...just save him." Aoyama clenched his fist.

Bakugo nodded and ran into the building as fast as he could. The group turned to Aoyama angrily.

"Why would you want him around Izuk-"

"Shut up, " Tokoyami looked at him wide-eyed "You have no idea how deep-rooted his issues are. Hell, I don't even know and I listened to him! This isn't something we can just fix or make better. Whatever this thing is it's going to kill him and we're running out of time.

That voice...the one that gave us that warning. I'm not sure if that's what I spoke to last night...I just know it wasn't Izuku. Whatever that thing is, it's obsessed with Bakugo and it thinks it's supposed to die for him or something.

But at the same time, it doesn't want Izuku to die. We've all seen how every time he tried to take his life something kept stopping him. But last night it said it wanted to die so it wouldn't burden Bakugo anymore. We need to figure this shit out and we need to do it now." Aoyama said looking them in the eye.

Bakugo opened the roof door and desperately looked around for Izuku. Once he spotted him a little too close to the edge he carefully approached him.

"Don't do this"

Izuku carefully lowered his raised leg, "Hi Kacchan, I'm sorry...I upset you again didn't I?" he said quietly.

"I'm not upset so come down"

"Silly Kacchan, I know when you're upset. I'm doing this for you, ok?"

"I don't want this!" Bakugo yelled.

"That's not what you said..."

"I didn't mean it ok! I just wanted to make you mad! I was lying so don't do this." Bakugo inched closer.

"I've been wanting to do this for a while now. The only reason I didn't was because Izu was finally happy. But now he wants it too...we can stay together this way. We don't have to suffer anymore..." Izuku said quietly.
