The pain is crazy. It hurt all the way from the small of my back to my heart. Like I longed for something, needed to be with that thing very DESPERATELY.

" get me out, please!" I was at my breaking point at the moment. Locked inside a room with no windows and literally no idea if its day or night for a month is driving me nuts. As luxurious as the room is, its still a prison. And no one bothered to check on me. They would just leave some food whenever I drift to sleep just like a herded dog in a cage.

" Fuck you Eyka! Get me out of here!" I shouted in anger. I heard an inhuman hiss and I grinned.
" I would think twice before shouting a curse to the prince of vampires" said a female voice. Suddenly the door opened and a gorgeous lady walked in. Her brown hair bounced as she made a cat walk towards my direction. A fine petite dreamer body that any man would worship and eyes that bled fire of blood. I tried reading her mind but it failed. Fuck!

" at last someone bothered to grace me with their presence" I said sarcastically as she stood just few metres from me. The see through blue dress that barely hid whatever is beneath shone strangely.

" bored?" She asked and I couldn't help but roll my eyes.
"That is an understatement"

" I don't know what the prince sees in you? Your filthy completely not that striking, illiterate, stupid human with demon energy tainted in your system". The girl said in utter disgust and her voice was laced with disappointment.

" is that supposed to hurt me or" I asked as She walked in and clutched my throat." Am tempted to kill you so much".

"Do the pleasures darling am tired of cheating death" I said in dismay.

" now those are not the words I would like to hear from that pretty mouth of yours" Eyka whispered behind me. I was so startled that I landed a solid punch at the lady. She glared at me and was gonna pounce on me when Eyka caught her.

" leave her sister, she is important" he said as he pulled me closer to him. She tried taking a step towards me but Eyka growled and she left angrily." I don't want to cage you here you know. Have you considered my offer?". Eyka asked as he ran his hand down my back. I pushed him away and glared at him.

" no". Eyka sighed. He looked so angelic that it was hard to believe he had killed three vampires who had tried to devour me without any remorse. His eyes a perfect violet when not haunted by hunger. But of course that could change easily.

" do you think that Given is going to come and rescue you? Its been a month! He probably forgot you already and has moved on!" Eyka said staring straight into my eyes trying to reason with me.

I turned away" he would never". I said lowly unsure of what I was even saying. He chuckled." Are you having your hopes up that he would protect you? Or that he has developed feelings for you?" He said lowly standing a breath away from me.

I felt anger build up in me as I pinned the amusement and mock of his tone."I can protect you Marvel. I ,can-"( he stared at me with warmth that caught me off guard)"-be a man for you. I can smell your desire and its driving me nuts". His eyes were closed as he said the last words. I was caged in the corner with no escape as he had moved as I moved back.
