Praeses Domina Ultimum translates to The Last Lady President in Latin. At least, I think it does. You never really know when you're using google translate. I like to believe that the TARDIS translates Gallifreyan into Latin because they sound similar.

I will admit I haven't actually watched a lot the original show. I watched City of Death, An Unearthly Child and whatever the original Dalek episode was called. I have yet to listen to the Gallifrey audio dramas by Big Finish but they are on my list.
The point of view changes every chapter. It will mainly change between Freddie and the Doctor. If the POV is from someone else, I will let you know at the beginning of the chapter.
Now, before we begin, here's a little message from Fred:
Hi. My name is Freddie Trelundar Smith. I'm the adopted daughter of Sarah Jane Smith. You've probably heard of her. She's a journalist. If you don't know who she is, you've probably read her work before in the Sunday Times.
Excluding the weekly alien encounters, my life has been fairly normal. The only thing weirder then saving the world from psychotic potatoes with legs are my nightmares. It's almost like I've lived another life and all I can see from the old one is pictures.
