Andy's pov
We start going back to rehearsals the next week. Lenny is getting better and I'm just happy we're officially back together. I honestly don't think I've ever been this happy.
Lenny's working on her solo and I'm going over the blocking for the last scene. Harmony is gazing at me and it's kinda annoying. Everyone in the cast is aware that Lenny and I are together and I am not in the mood to have to fend off her unwanted advances. I mean, I deal with it all the time, but work is the place I count on not dealing with the scarier fan group.
"Harmony," Jason chides. "Its your line."
"Oh!" She says, shaking her head. "Sorry. We're all going to die!" She runs up and grabs my arm.
"Harmony that's not part of your blocking," Jason growls.
Harmony pouts. "I just really felt that my character would do that."
"Well you should have felt that during the time allotted to develop her," Jason snarls. He's obviously had it with people changing his show so close to opening night. "I'm done with God damn drama queens fucking around with my show! If you feel the need start directing, go find a cast and direct. But don't direct my show."
She looks taken aback for a second then bursts into tears, running out of the rehearsal studio and straight into Lenny, knocking her into a wall and on to the floor.
"Get out of my way bitch!" Harmony squawks and stumbles out of the room.
I run over and help Lenny up, "Are you okay?"
"Yeah," she replies as she gets to her feet. "Just surprised."
"I swear to god almighty that I will fire that girl," Jason glares at the doorway where Harmony exited.
"Why don't you?" I ask, looking at him quizzically.
"She doesn't have an understudy," he sighs. "And we're too close to showtime to loose anyone."
"Just fire her, for god's sake," Harley pipes up. "We can work overtime and have Lenny's understudy fill in."
"Yeah," Lenny says. "Leslie could do it. She already knows most of Harmony's lines for the scenes she's in with me and Leslie picks up lines really quickly."
"Is she here?" Jason's eyes light up.
"I'll go find her," Lenny grins and jogs out of the room.

Lenny's pov
I find Leslie in the dance room and pull her into the nearest bathroom. When I tell her the news, she shrieks with delight and hugs me.
"Oh my god! Thank you Lennon!" She cries, jumping up and down. "This is a dream part!"
"And what part would that be?"
We both jump, turning to see Harmony leaning in the doorway of a stall.
"Come on girls! Spill! I could use some good news," she grins at us.
"Lenny got me a part as a featured dancer in the second act," Leslie says quickly.
"But I didn't think you liked to dance," Harmony tilts her head questioningly.
"I found a love for it," Leslie smiles.
"Well good for you," Harmony smiles unkindly back then looks over at me. "Could I possibly talk to you Lennon, alone?"
Leslie gives me a quick smile and leaves, a bounce in her step. As the door closes Harmony walks over to me, leans against the line of sinks and tilts her head, looking me over.
"I always knew you were a bitch," she says cooly.
I blink at her just as cooly.
"Giving away my part to some low class child actress who wasn't even good enough to get a real part in this god awful show that seems to revolve around you and your God of a boyfriend! Did you know that I fucked him? I bet he didn't fucking tell you that now did he? I sucked him dry and then fucked him on my kitchen door. And he loved it. He told me he loved me. He-"
I punch her square on the jaw, knocking her head back against the mirror. I grab the collar of her shirt and jack her up against the wall.
"I'm not the bitch here," I growl. "You are. And if you ever go near my boyfriend again I will beat the living shit out of you and I promise that this is only the beginning of the shit you can expect from me."
She spits blood into my face. "I'm glad I put that shit in your drink. Your baby deserved to die."
Time seems to stop. She put something in my drink and Avery is dead. My baby is dead because of this god damn bitch. I'm going to fucking kill her.
I grab her hair and rip her down to the ground, punching her and raking my nails across her face. She tries to fight back but I slam my fist into her stomach, knocking the wind out of her lungs but her scream does bring most of the cast running.
Andy grabs me, fighting and screaming unintelligibly. "Lenny what the hell?" He asks, looking terrified.
"Avery," I sob, pressing my face into his shoulder. "She did it."
"What the hell is going on?" Jason shouts.
"She put something in Lennon's drink," Leslie says and everyone goes silent. "I stayed and listened at the door to make sure everything was okay. Harmony called Lennon a bitch and said she was glad that she, Harmony, put something in her drink and that her, Lennon's, baby died. Then Lennon did this. I don't blame her."
Andy lets go of me, roaring unintelligibly, and moves to grab Harmony who is still only half conscious. A group of men grab Andy and pull him away before he actually gets to her but he does spew a wave of choice profanities at her.
"Call the police Harvey," Jason growls. "And Harmony, you are longer a part of this cast and I can assure you that you will never work in theatre again. Not on Broadway. Not in some dinky little community theater. No where. Now goodbye and good luck in your future endeavors."
