Hero-Lee
It's been about 2 weeks since I've been in public school. Hayes and I turned in our film project and got an A. Everyone really liked the message it gave. Everyone is still somewhat scared of me but nobody stares at me anymore. Hayes and I have gotten closer. We're not together but we've been talking for almost 2 weeks. It's going good so far and we've hung out almost everyday since we started talking.
"Hello miss Hero-Lee" Hayes said as he came and sat next to me in Film.
"Hello mr Hayes" I said.
"Hello love birds" Carter said as he walked in.
Carter and I have become friends also.
"What are you guys doing after school?" Hayes asked both of us.
"Um nothing per usual" I said.
"Video games probably" Carter said.
"You guys wanna go have a bonfire on the beach and then camp?" Hayes asked.
"Depends. Who's going?" I asked.
"The usual people"
"And who's the usual people?" I asked.
"The same group of friends I always hangout with"
"I'm down" Carter said.
"I guess I'm down. As long as you don't leave me alone with people I don't know" I said.
"Of course not" he said.
"Okay I'm down then" I said.
"I'll pick you up" he told me.
"What about me?" Carter asked.
"You know the way there" Hayes said.
"Rude."
"Alright class settle down" our teacher said before starting our lesson.
The day went on and it was already after school. Hayes said he'd pick me up at my house around 5 and we'd go from there.
"Hello sweetness" my mom said when I walked in.
"Hey mom. Why are you home already?" I asked confused since she usually doesn't get off till 4. And why she looks cute as hella with fresh makeup and a cute outfit.
"I was hungover as fuck and so I told my boss I wasn't feeling good and she sent me home"
"Well who's bright idea was it to take tequila shots on a Thursday night when you knew you worked the next morning?" I said.
"Don't drink. Like ever."
"Don't worry about it. You know I don't like alcohol" I said.
"Yeah true. Anyway what are the plans with your new hot boyfriend?" She asked.
"First of all he's not my boyfriend" I said.
"Well whatever he is. Any plans?"
"Yeah were actually gonna go to the beach with friends."
"Wait what?"
I figured this was coming.
"You're gonna go to the beach 2 hours away with someone I've never met for the night?" She asked.
"Who said for the night?" I asked.
"Hero-Lee. The beach is 2 hours away. Even if you leave at 4 you'll get there at 6pm. You're telling me you guys are gonna go to the beach for just 2 hours?" She asked.
