Chapter Twenty-One || Enter Sandman

I woke up to my alarm and started getting ready for school. School isn't as bad now that I have Hayes but its still annoying. Having to wake up at 6am everyday is getting only nerves.

I decided to wear a see through black craft cult shirt that had pentagrams all over. I put on a black tube top- cropped top underneath and some high waited black jeans. Theres a little space between the end of my tube top and my jeans but my shirt isn't extremely see through so hopefully I don't get sent to the office. I did my usual eyeliner (winged and pencil), face makeup, and then put on a dark red lipstick. When I went downstairs my mom was done there drinking her coffee and eating.

"Good morning" she said. I said good morning back and went to get some food.

"Have I told you how much I love you lately" I told my mom.

"What do you want?" she asked.

"How do you feel about me going to North Carolina this weekend with Hayes and his family?" I asked her.

"For what?" she asked.

"His brother is going to college out there so they're going to visit for the weekend and he invited me. His parents already said yes as long as you're okay with it" I said.

"Who is paying for your plane ticket?"

"He is."

She thought about it and took another sip of her coffee.

"His parents are going right?" she asked.

"Yeah."

"Alright then. Only for the weekend though because you're not missing school" she said.

"Sounds good. Thanks mom."

"You better hurry up and eat so you're not late" she said before getting up and putting her dishes in the sink. I finished eating then went to my room to get my backpack and put on my black leather boots that had a two inch chunky heel. Faux leather of course. I went and grabbed my keys then went to my car and drove to school.

When I got there I went to where Hayes usually hangs out. Only a few of his friends were there.

"Hey" I said walking up to him.

"Oh hey" he came up to me and kissed my cheek.

"So I talked to my mom and she said I can go with you guys to North Carolina" I said.

"Wait really?" he asked and I nodded. He smiled and lifted me up and spun me around.

"I'm so excited. I didn't want to go without you" he said.

"What's all the excitement about?" Jack Gilinsky asked.

"She's going with me and my family to North Carolina this weekend" Hayes said grabbing my hand and walking over to everyone.

"Wait really?" Matt asked.

"Yeah."

The bell rang so we walked to class holding hands.

"Hey guys" Carter said when we walked into our film class.

"Hey Carter" I said as we sat down.

"Why are you two happy?" Carter asked.

"Hero-Lee is going with me and my family to North Carolina this weekend" he said.

"Oh really? Don't you think that's kinda soon Hayes?" Carter asked.

"Hey Carter nobody asked you" Hayes said.

"I'm just saying."

Class started and we were currently learning about editing so we were using the commuters in the class that are against the wall. We had to be in groups of four since there isn't enough computers for everyone. Our group was me, Hayes, Carter and some other guy in the class that I don't know but Carter and Hayes somewhat know.
