The week ended with Ten postponing ever tutor session. He didn't want to see his face and it seemed for the best since he didn't want to make a scene. Even worse, he might get into a second offense. He can't afford getting in trouble anymore.

He just might as well avoid Johnny for a while. He can probably catch up with the lessons.

During weekends, Ten doesn't really do much other than doing his assignments. Today, he didn't really have much to do since his professors didn't give anything to them this week. In these kinds of days, he would just kill some time with sketching or painting.

But it wasn't the case.

"What?! Taeyong!"

"I know, I know...but my mother would only allow me to go out with Jaehyun if you're with me."

Ten pouted, "Taeyong, don't do this to me..." he faked cried.

"Please, Ten! I'll pay for whatever you'll be buying, just come with me."

"I don't want to be the third wheel!"

"Just this once. Please, Ten? I can call John--"

"No! Fuck, no! What will he do with us?"

"It's for you not to be the third wheel."

"I'd rather be the third wheel than being with that man!"

Taeyong sighed, "Did you two fight again?"

"What's new? And besides, he's the one starting a fight. I'm the one trying to avoid it."

"He won't be picking a fight if you didn't trigger anything, Chittaphon."

Ten groaned, "As usual, I tried pushing myself to him."

"So, what happened after?"

"I avoided him. I postponed the sessions and ever since, I haven't seen him."

"Maybe it is for the best. Text me when you're ready, okay? We'll passed by."

"Okay. I'll see you later."

Ten stood from his bed and went to grab some clothes to wear. He would normally go by his mood and since he's lazy today, he just grabbed a hoodie and shorts. He puts on sneakers and beanie. He texted Taeyong to pick him up before he grabbed his wallet and phone and, goes out of his room.

"Mom, I'll be going out with Taeyong," Ten said to his mother who was cleaning the living room.

"No one else?"

Ten furrowed his eyebrows, "What?"

"I'm asking who you're going with, other than Taeyong," she uttered with a smile.

"Oh, his boyfriend tagged along--Actually, I'm the one who got tagged along...Auntie didn't want Taeyong to go without me, so your son is going to be a third wheel," the hybrid answered.

The mother chuckled, "It's fine to be a third wheel. You can go and have a boyfriend after you get a diploma and job."

"Aren't I old enough to decide what I should be doing?"

"You are. But I'm still reminding you your priority, Ten."

This has been going on around the family since he started highschool. Ten's family was fine with his sexuality, though they forbid Ten to have a boyfriend at an early stage, up until now anyway. His mother was the one pushing the idea. He grew with those sayings and now that he's independent enough, he started hating those words.

Ten wanted to say something but he heard a car honking outside. He looked through the window and saw Taeyong waving at him.

"Gotta blast," the hybrid said.

"Okay, come home before dinner," his mother said before he goes out of the house.

The hybrid hopped into the car, on the backseat, with a frown on his face before Jaehyun started driving. Taeyong, who was on the passenger seat, looked behind and was surprised at his friend's sour face.

"What's with the long face, Tennie?" Taeyong asked.

Ten sighed, "I had to bring up the boyfriend thing to my mother again," he said and slapped his forehead, "I shouldn't have brought it up."

The other hybrid looked forward, "Well, it's better to follow her."

"Why didn't auntie freak out when she knew you have a boyfriend? Your first boyfriend, I must say," Ten uttered bitterly.

Taeyong hummed, "She did but she already met Jaehyun and it went good."

Ten crossed his arms, "I want to have a hot boyfriend too!"

"Johnny's avai--"

Cutting Jaehyun words, Ten hushed him.

"Shut up, Jung! I don't want to hear that asshole's name!" the hybrid uttered loudly.

The man chuckled.

"He's the one being hard-to-get!" Ten added.

"A little more push, Ten. I'm sure you'll be able to get to know him more," Jaehyun said.

"I feel like giving up, anyway," the hybrid said back, "I'm an impatient bitch."

Taeyong laughed, "No, you're not. You know that."

"I am, and he's the reason why!"

Arguing inside the car occupied the time they spent going to their destination. It wasn't that far, they just had to deal with the traffic. They arrived at the mall and of course, it'll be the mall. Ten could already cringe at how these two will act publicly. Even though Taeyong wasn't that much of a showy person, Jaehyun might be the one being clingy.

The three of them went out of the car and walked into the mall, Ten following behind. The hybrid has a frown on his face, eyebrows furrowed and his cat ears down, even though they aren't visible as of the moment. The couple infront just have their own world and Ten wants to get out. He didn't know this was supposed to be a torture to him.

Ten distanced himself from them as he looked around, doing window shopping. He should learn from this and never accept an offer like this ever again. He could maybe just meet them somewhere and let them be. Aunt Lee wanted him to go with Taeyong, but not stick with them.

"Hey, guys--"

The hybrid stopped when the couple is nowhere to be seen. Ten's eyes were wide and tried looking for them but they seem very far from him already. The hybrid grabbed his phone in his pocket and tried dialing Taeyong while he tried looking for them. He heard rings but no one's picking it up.

Before he could dial again, he accidentally bumped into someone. Out of all chances, Ten had to bump into Johnny.
