Ekio stands at the bus stop, a feeling of nostalgia filling her. She feels as if she hasn't done this in so long. In truth, she hasn't, but it hasn't been that long, maybe a few weeks. The holidays are really going to mess with her head. The bus pulls up to the curb, Kio being the only one waiting at her stop as always.

Yesterday she took part in the Hero Training exam yesterday and did alright. Her fight was by far the boring one. She did enjoy watching Bakugo and Midoriya get their shit beat out of them. But because of her Quirk, Ekio, who was placed in a city setting, ended up just collapsing the ground underneath Midnight and then stuck it back together, trapping her in it.

She won in average time and didn't have much to do.

Xian woke her up this morning a little earlier than usual. She got ready to kill him for not letting her get the full amount of sleep she feels she needs to perform well in an exam, but he took her into the kitchen and showed her that he had made breakfast.

Although the two have been living together for almost two weeks, they never really see each other at all. Xian is just awake to say goodbye to her when she leaves and she comes home late, so they have dinner together. But most of the time Ekio is quiet because she is trying to deal with her new sleep-deprived self. Her going out to meet with Shoto in the night has proven to be a little less helpful to her.

Sure, the two enjoy themselves and can hang out together under the dark of the night, window shopping along the streets and just talking to each other about their days, but soon they realised that studying was the only thing that should be on their minds.

The study dates are legal, so going to study after school was allowed, but almost always turned into a late-night trip home anyway, something else that Kio realised.

Shoto wouldn't let her walk home in the dark the other night, but she got herself home every other night at 3 am after their little meet ups. So in reality, he was just coming up with a reason to have her stay around longer.

Ekio cackled loudly to herself when she realised, making Xian give her a weird look.

Just before she left the house this morning, Xian agreed to go out shopping with her this weekend, as the last day of term is tomorrow. Ekio was slightly confused by his proposition but agreed.

Ekio swings around and into her usual seat, pulling out her headphones and putting one earphone in. Time to hope to Kami that she hasn't forgotten anything at home that she may need in her exam.

Kio waits outside the classroom patiently for her exam to start. She has done what she believes is a good amount of work to pass them and is only really worried about English.

Languages aren't really her thing.

She spent last night doing light revision across all her subjects. Just skimming over all the work and making sure that she hasn't forgotten anything big while studying. Her first exam is history, and she is sure she can pass with flying colours.

Ekio has always paid attention in class, but every time she has an exam she feels like she never paid attention to anything and just knows absolutely nothing about the subject.

Bakugo, who got off the bus with her like every other day, is leaning against the wall next to her, clicking his tongue any now and then.

The class slowly but surely fills up the hallway and waits to be let into their classroom to take the exam. Ekio shoves all her books into her bag, checking her phone one last time before turning it completely off and putting it in her bag as well.
