"You want me to do what?" Ekio mumbles, rubbing the tiredness out of her eyes and her class is pulled out of bed.
"We are doing a test of courage!" Iida points to the rood, as enthusiastic as always.
Ekio nods and yawns a little leaning dramatically onto Bakugo for support.
"Carry me, mutt."
"Like hell I would! Loser!" Bakugo shoves her to the side.
In return, Ekio looks the boy dead in the eye and jumps onto Kirishima's back, holding eye contact the entire time. Kirishima glances back at her, grabbing onto her legs to hold her up, but doesn't seem that surprised by the girl's action.
"Kio, I have to go to a class," Kirishima says, looking back at her.
"This is not working out well," she mumbles before sliding off Kirishima's back and walking herself out the door. "Thanks for the short ride, Kirishima."
Ekio practically floats her way down to Aizawa, who is waiting for his class. Most of the class was still awake and chatting with each other, but Ekio decided to go to sleep so she is still trying to wake up.
Her black skirt and white shirt were the first things she could grab before leaving her room, so here she is.
She notices the other teachers and Class B represent as well, making her squint and rub her eyes a little.
"Do I have to participate?" She asks, looking up to her teacher.
"Yes, I have to teach the extra class, so you need to be doing something." He mumbles, pointing towards the woods.
"Making me feel your pain, heh?" She wanders forward, looking behind her for someone to grab onto.
She spots Bakugo, mentally discards him and looks behind him, noticing her one and only heterochromatic classmate. She casually slows down for them to catch up. Bakugo shoves his hands in his pockets and gives her a weird look before walking ahead to the designated area.
Shoto appears next to her and she picks up the pace once again, trying to make it seem natural and failing. Shoto notices her actions, but that could be because he naturally pays attention to her now, when he is with the class he looks for her so he can avoid awkward pairing or random conversation.
She is a little safe cover for him.
Ekio looks to him as a safe ground in a way. He is one of the people she is very close to. You could say that she is very close to Bakugo, but he doesn't actually know much about her.
Neither does Shoto.
But the two of them spend time with her and aren't just on the look out for the next big hero.
"More importantly, everyone, tonight we'll have a test of courage with the classes pitted against each other! After training hard, you can play hard!"
Ekio just wants to sleep so hard.
"So, do your best right now!"
"You will go in pairs! Get ready!"
Ekio looks around, watching people pair up around her. She doesn't care, maybe if she doesn't get a pair then she can go sleep instead of dealing with whatever they have in store for her. She faintly remembers seeing Class B come down here but doesn't see any of them now, so her best guess is that the two of them are working against each other.
The girl huffs, very aware of the fact that her body is starting to ache and groan about her training today. She looks towards her two friends, blinking at them lightly.
