Your POV

After your mood cheered up at lunch in the band room, the rest of the day went fairly fast. Walking home, you noticed your moms car still wasn't in the driveway. With her being a shift worker and all she worked odd hours with no set schedule. You checked your phone and saw she had texted.

Mom- I know I left early today but I'm going to have to stay for a bit this evening too. Not sure what time I'll be home, we're short staffed.

Y/n- that's okay. I have some homework anyway

Mom- Okay honey. There's leftovers in the fridge for dinner. Love you

Y/n- love you too

You unlocked the door and went up to your room to start on your homework. At around 6, you finished up and decided to go eat something. You heated up some leftover Mac and cheese and took it back up to your room. Setting it on your desk, you loaded up a movie on your laptop and sat on your bed. You didn't even get that chance to take a bite before something flew through your window... without breaking it? and smashed against your closet. Fork halfway to your mouth, your eyes went wide and you froze. "What. Was. That?" Scrambling off your bed, you dropped your food onto your desk and cautiously looked around your bed towards your closet. You thought tonight was going to be a peaceful evening.

What you didn't expect was to see a passed out ghost boy lying on your floor with a huge cut along his chest and green and red stuff pouring out of it.

Danny's POV

It's not like he purposely gets hurt, but Skulker just always has a new upgrade every time they fight. So when Danny yelped in pain as Skulker hit him in his already wounded abdomen, Skulker knew Danny had a weakness. And he took advantage of that. It just so happens that him and Skulker were fighting right beside Y/n's house and his parents lab. Skulker hit him again, harder and Danny started to see stars. Then Skulker decided to blast him towards Y/n's window. This was not how he planned to apologize.

The last thing he remembered was phasing through her window and landing hard against a wall. He grunted and fought against the darkness that was threatening to consume him. But after seeing slight movement on the bed in front of him, he laid his head back down and passed out, hoping he would stay in his ghost form.

Your POV

All you wanted was a quiet night alone so you could watch a movie. So much for that. As you looked in shock at the boy on your floor you noticed he had multiple little cuts and burns along with a huge gash on his abdomen. Shaking yourself out of your shocked state you ran over to him and knelt down to check his breathing. Wait. "Do ghosts even breathe?" You weren't sure so you checked anyway. He was and you sighed in relief. Looking at him, you knew that you couldn't just leave him like this. You set out a blanket on the top of your bed to keep the green stuff from getting all over your bed, then you grabbed him half bridal style and heaved him to your bed, trying not to shake him too much. He was heavier than he looked, probably from the lean muscle that his skintight suit showed.

You finally got him onto your bed and took a minute to regain your breath. Adjusting him on your bed, you looked at him for a second. He reminded you of someone... except he had white hair. You couldn't see his eyes because he was unconscious but you remembered that they were green. Green. Just like the stuff oozing from his wounds. Wincing, you jogged to your bathroom and looked through the cupboards for gauze, antiseptic, bandages and anything else you might need. "Good thing mom gets to bring some stuff home." Being a nurse, they had plenty of medical supplies. Grabbing everything you went back to the ghost. "Danny Phantom" you reminded yourself.
