"so we could do horror or a classic rom-com" you told jodi standing in front of her holding your computer.
"honestly would rather do horror" jodi said.
"okay we talking texas chainsaw massacre or like saw?" you asked.
"why are both of those just straight up toture films?" jodi laughed.
"because torture hits different" you replied.
"i bet it does" she said.
"but seriously though i wanna watch saw" you told her.
"okay we're watching that then" jodi nodded her head.
"if i get scared you'll protect me right?" you smiled at her.
"of course" jodi pulled you closer to her on the couch.
"i think i'm gonna order food. you want anything?" you asked jodi.
"ooh tell me more" jodi smiled.
"we could get pizza" you suggested.
"that's fine" jodi said.
you ordered the pizza and was just chilling on your phone, waiting for it to arrive.
"are we actually gonna wait until the food gets here to watch the movie?" jodi asked.
"umm yes" you said like it was so obvious.
