Chapter 33: College

Time skip: 2.5 months

You had moved into your dorm and had been attending college classes for a few weeks. Over the summer, you and Eren spent a lot of time together and grew close to each other. You went on unofficial dates all the time and had a lot of fun. You also spent a lot of time with Armin and the others. You were able to put away your college worries and enjoy summer to the fullest, but now that time had come to an end. You were ambitious to start college but you were nervous at the same time, especially because you didn't know how everything with Eren would work out since you were now both going to be busy with school. But on the bright side, you were glad to live closer to him. You had been living about two hours apart and now you were an hour closer to each other.

You had just finished a Wednesday afternoon class and you and Armin had planned to meet up for lunch at a café on campus.

"Hey Armin!" you called as he approached the table you were already sitting at.

"Hey! Have you already ordered?" he asked.

"Yeah they already took my order but I told them that there would be someone else joining me, so they should be here in a minute to take yours."

"Ok cool. Have you talked to Eren any more about your plans to go to his school this weekend?" he asked as he took a seat across from you.

"Yeah we decided that on Friday I'm going to drive over and we're gonna go to one of the parties on his campus. I'm really excited. He said that Connie will be going too." you said before taking a sip of water.

"That's great! Me and Annie are planning to have a picnic on Saturday by the river." he excitedly explained.

Not only you and Eren had grown closer over summer, but also Armin and Annie. None of you had started dating yet, but you were both interested in the other. You figured that Armin and Annie would start dating soon and you were really happy for them. Armin seemed so happy when he would talk about Annie. When you first met her, she didn't seem like she would be the type to take interest in Armin and vice versa, but the two really complemented each other. As for you and Eren, you were both similar and it wasn't really a surprise that people like you and him would take interest in each other.

Over the next few days until Friday, you went to all your classes and made sure to keep up with your work so that you wouldn't have anything to worry about on Friday and Saturday when you would be with Eren. You wanted to be able to give him your full attention and have as much fun as possible.
