Enji(Endeavor) is basically the opposite of how he is in the show.
Touya is still with his family and Enji has him interning with him. (He's 14 in the begging and an adult when Izuku and Shouto get into UA.)
Rei is perfectly sane and still lives in the household.
Shouto has a good childhood and gets the scar on his eye from a quirk accident. (He's 4 in the beggining)
Izuku is abused and runs away at the age of 4, he's found in an alleyway.
