A/N: The kids are 12 now which means Angie is 6 and AJ is 1.
Angelica POV:
I picked Anthony up from school. He was so excited about some history project about the founding fathers Lin-Manuel Miranda, Daveed Diggs and presidant Christopher Jackson.
He said I had to help him but I had my mind on other things. How was I going to tell him that his father and I were back together...
I count just say "yo Anthony. Your father, who tried to kill you, is dating me again yay!" That would be too straight forward.
I could also try "hey Tony, your father and I started dating again secretly and never told you so sorry about that but yay you have a dad again!" Wow, I was never really good at thinking this stuff through.
As we drive home, he kept talking about his project and how he was going to set it up. Obviously I learned about these people in school but I was mostly reminded by the musical 'Miranda'.
"And I am going to add pictures! And a lot of facts! And some quotes too!" Anthony said as we pulled into the driveway.
He noticed Thomas' car in the driveway as well.
"Why is he here?" Anthony asked.
I realized that it was either now or never.
"Uhm... your dad and I got back together, Anthony... he's better now I promise." I said.
He looked shocked and worried. I tried to reach for his hand but he got out of the car and ran down the street.
"ANTHONY!!!!!" I called out.
He didn't respond but luckily I knew exactly where he was going. So, I texted the only person I knew he would go to.
PinkSister: Hey, is Anthony at your house? He ran off because me and Thomas got back together...
BlueSister: WAIT WHAT!?!? YOU AND THOMAS GOT BACK TOGETHER!? HE'S TOXIC ANGIE!!!
PinkSister: is Anthony there or not!?
BlueSister: yeah, he's here. I can watch him for a bit.
PinkSister: thanks Liza ❤
BlueSister: 💙
I took a sigh of relief, knowing Anthony was safe. Just then, Thomas came out of the house and walked to his car.
"Where are you going?"
"To the bar."
"No, you're not!"
"Why not???"
"Because you're going to get drunk! And you get abusive when you're drunk!"
"Whatever, I'm going. Bye."
Why does no one listen to me!!! I thought. I guess I have some free time now.
Spa or beach? I asked myself.
Heck, why not both! I thought while getting in my car. Today might not have been a perfect day but at least I get some rest and relaxation!!!
