Fight - Uma and Audrey

   Audrey woke up suddenly, her drowsy eyes barely opening as she looked at the movie playing on the screen and noted that it was not too far from its ending. However, to her complete and utter shock, she realized she was lying on someone's lap and they were... stroking her hair?

After only a moment, it all came rushing back to her. She and Uma had decided to have a sleepover and watch a movie. Obviously, Audrey had gotten rather sleepy and slipped into unconsciousness somewhere into the movie.

However, this entire ordeal did not by any means explain why Uma was gently running her hands over Audrey's hair and gently petting it with great affection that Audrey was honestly surprised could come out of Uma. Audrey was honestly not sure at this point whether she was somewhat weirded out or if she was really enjoying Uma's odd display of affection.

Audrey had always secretly longed for Uma to act a little less rough with her all the time and sometimes be a little gentler. But now that she was receiving the treatment that she had wanted, she was not at all sure how to react.

Fortunately for her, she did not really have to debate the idea much longer, because the movie's credits were rolling, and Uma had slowed in her ministrations. When the credits had almost ended, Uma sighed, shifting underneath Audrey.

"Hey, wake up, Snore Queen," Uma spoke, poking Audrey's cheek with her finger suddenly. Audrey yawned widely, trying to pretend as if she had only just woken up. She raised up off of Uma's lap, and she looked at the television screen, feigning surprise.

"The movie's over?"

"Yep. The credits rolled to the serenading sound of your loud snoring," Uma sarcastically spoke, grinning as she enjoyed her own words. Audrey raised an eyebrow, not too pleased with Uma's declaration of something that was quite obviously not true. After all, Audrey had been faking sleep for the last several minutes.

"I was not snoring," Audrey claimed boldly, and Uma chuckled.

"Oh, I beg to differ."

"I wasn't. I was awake," Audrey told the truth, and Uma's eyes widened almost imperceptibly as she stiffened somewhat. Audrey almost smirked at the sight of the pirate. Uma was quite apparently worried about what Audrey could have been awake through. Although Audrey was not sure how she felt about Uma's affection from earlier, she definitely was not afraid to take advantage of how it would embarrass Uma.

"Uh-huh... That's a likely story," Uma spoke, trying to blow it off, but Audrey could see that she had the pirate on the hook, and Audrey was not aiming on letting it go now.

"Yeah, well, then how did I know you were petting my hair?" Audrey asked, and Uma went deathly silent. After a few beats, Uma chuckled, once again attempting to act cool about the situation.

"I wasn't. You must have been asleep because you were obviously dreaming."

"No, no, no. It was real," Audrey informed her, and the princess could tell that Uma was sweating bullets at this point.

"It wasn't real."

"It was."

"It wasn't!"

"It was. And now we're going to have to change your name to Huggy the Care Bear!!!" Audrey gleefully cried, and Uma narrowed her eyes.

"No," Uma told her shortly, and Audrey giggled in pure delight.

"Yes! Huggy the Care Bear, Huggy the Care Bear, Huggy the Care Bear, Huggy the—AAHHH!!!!"

Uma grinned as Audrey squealed, pinning the princess to the bed with one hand and sitting on the girl's stomach as Uma reached for the pillow nearby with her other hand. Audrey writhed in her grasp, trying to get out of Uma's tight hold.

"Alright, Princess, I didn't wanna have to do this, but you officially asked for it," Uma informed her before letting go of Audrey and whacking her with the pillow repeatedly, brutally and successfully massacring the girl underneath her.

"Okay, okay, stop!!! You win!!!" Audrey cried helplessly, and after only a moment more, Uma stopped, her chest heaving a bit with her heavy breathing after the beating she had just delivered. Audrey for her part just looked completely unimpressed as she lay underneath the pirate.

Uma laughed a bit, letting her arm with the pillow in hand fall to her side as she looked down at the pink princess.

"What's my name?"

"Huggy the Care Bear," Audrey spoke just before suddenly snatching the pillow from Uma's hand and smacking Uma in the face with it.

Uma flinched in surprise and Audrey used the moment to her advantage, pushing against Uma and throwing her over on her side onto the bed. Audrey then started to barrage Uma with the pillow. Uma raised her arms up, attempting to fight the attack, and Audrey just laughed like a madwoman.

"Beg for mercy!!!" Audrey cried, and Uma shook her head, baring her teeth a little as she pushed back against Audrey's weapon.

"NEVER!!!" Uma yelled in reply, and Audrey continued in her fight. However, Uma quickly smirked as a wicked idea came into her brain. When she spotted an opportune opening, she reached over and dug her fingers into Audrey's side. Audrey immediately moved her body in an attempt to shield herself, and Uma snatched the pillow and threw it on the floor.

"Oh, how the tables have turned," Uma trailed off, grinning in that typical proud manner. Audrey just sighed, narrowing her eyes but knowing she had officially been beaten.

"And by the way, here's a little tip. When you're in a fight, never let your guard down, and never forget to protect your middle," Uma pointed out, poking Audrey's side in emphasis. They were both breathing heavily now, and Audrey groaned in resignation.

"Whatever... You can get off of me now," Audrey informed the pirate, and Uma raised an eyebrow, not letting Audrey go just yet.

"You promise to behave?" Uma asked, and Audrey rolled her eyes but nodded. Uma gazed at her for a moment longer before letting her go and falling over onto the bed beside Audrey. They laid there quietly for a long moment, just regaining their breaths from the great tussle they had just had.

After a long moment, Uma and Audrey slowly looked over at one another, meeting eyes.

"You're a whole heap of trouble."

"We must be two peas in a pod then," Audrey commented, and Uma smirked.

"Yeah, something like that," Uma chuckled slightly, smiling more genuinely at the princess. However, after a long moment, Audrey smirked at Uma, looking away as she giggled. Uma raised an eyebrow.

"What?"

"Huggy the Care Bear."

"Ugh..."
