Why □Tododeku □

Todoroki's POV:

I was walking down a lonely hall, it kept going no end in sight. The top half of the hall was painted cream and the bottom maroon meeting at a gold trim. The poorly dimmed lights made it hard to tell what time it was. I was walking for what seemed like hours passing paintings of a family, everyone's face was scratched out making it hard to tell who was in the paintings. I stopped to admire one. It had four children, adult man and an adult woman. They all wore red or white clothing. The man all red the woman a white dress, the girl a white dress with red spots. One boy all white the other all red. The baby boy had a white top and red pants. I didn't know who was in the paintings but I feel like I should. Something in me feels like I know at least one person. I continued walking down the hall, I hear mumbling coming from down, up..... somewhere. I started running only to fine nothing.

*Beep beep*

"Todo....."

Who.... who said that...

"........roki"

Leave me alone. I cover my ears trying to block out the sound. But the shouting got louder.

No one's POV:

Midorya looked at the struggling Todoroki.

M- "Is he fighting someone, or doesn't want to go to school?"

Midorya reached out the brush todoroki's hair out of his face. Feeling that he was starting to get a fever.

M- "Todoroki!?"

He shook him lightly watching to see if Todoroki would wake up.

After giving up and looking for water, Midorya got a glass and went to the bathroom.

He walked back out with a glass of water. With an evil smile he played around with the water above Todoroki's head. He was about to tip it over when he felt a little bad.

'What if he's having a nightmare, it won't be nice waking up all wet after being scared half to death.'

Midorya was disturbed when he noticed Todoroki looking at him.

T- "What u thinking about"
M- "Oh nothing~"
T- "Hmmmm, okay"

Midorya quickly put the glass down and sat on the bed. Todoroki positioned himself so that his head was in the small boy's lap. It was a  comfortable silence as they enjoyed each other's company. The sun was starting to come up as Midorya check the time. It was now 6:15am and time for another battle with the person that is starting to fall asleep in his lap, again.

M- "Sho..."
T- "No don't say it!"
M- "I know u don't want to hear it but u can't stay here forever."
T- "....."
M- "It's been a week, u haven't been to school, everyone keeps asking and they are worried about u. They miss u"
T- "I'm not going!"

Todoroki pulled away going under the sheets and facing the wall.

M- "U have to, it's lonely at school with out u."
T- "Maybe if u had friends it wouldn't be"
M- "......"

After realizing what he said Todoroki turned to face Midorya. Midorya was on the edge of tears.

T- "No no that's not what I meant I'm sorry-"

Midorya got up and ran to the bathroom. Todoroki feeling stupid sat up in bed waiting thinking about what he just said.

'Congratulations u do a really good job at hurting his feelings'

He mentally slapped himself.

After a few minutes Midorya walked out dressed in his school uniform. He didn't make eye contact and just walked  around with his head down as he got ready for school.

T- "Look I'm-"
M- "I get it ur sorry"

Todoroki remained silent as he watched Midorya gather the last of his things few tears escaping his eyes. When he was ready he walked over to the door. Paused before leaving to say something, never making eye contact.

M- "Ur not going to school, I get that, but u can't keep hiding in my room, Mr. Aizawi said today is ur last day if u don't come back to school tomorrow u will be brought back by force."

Midorya left for school never looking back.

'GREAT!! Aizawi wants me back at school and now deku is mad at me.'

Todoroki made the bed and went back to his room, he thought it best to take give Midorya some space for a while. 

As he entered is lonely room he walk around cleaning off the spider webs. He took his phone out hesitating as he chose the words carefully as he typed.

He didn't know what to say and that made him frustrated. In rage he threw his phone across the room.

As rich as he may be he still ran over to see if it was okay. And gave a sigh of relief that there were no new cracks.

He came to a decision on who to text and what to say.

After sending the message he laid in bed drifting off to sleep.
