No one's POV:

"Why?" Was the only thing that cam out of Todoroki's mouth when he was met by smell of Midoriya's room.
"Why?" the green hair boy repeated when his eyes met the ones owned by the taller boy.

Todoroki's POV:

I noticed that Midoriya seemed to have stopped breathing, as he was having trouble answering my question.
"why! WHY! WHY!" He started screaming as his hands met his hair. He started pulling at it shaking
"WHY! WHY! WHY!" he yelled closing his eyes as he began crying.
"Hey Midoriya, calm down" I said regretting it soon after. My words only made him cry more this time he started violently hitting his head. Every time I tried to stop him he would pull away screaming. "STUPID! STUPID! WHY CANT I DO ANYTHING RIGHT!" and with those unsettling words ran into his bathroom.

Midoriya's POV:

I ran into the bathroom crying with bloody hands I locked the door, screaming at the floor. Todoroki was  banging the door from the other side wanting me to open the door. I didn't want to see him, not after the way he saw me. "LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE!" I screamed at him.
'Look at you' oh no not him anyone but him. 'Look at me when I'm talking to u' I looked over at the mirror and looked at my reflection, the voice in my head is back I guess I knocked it out of his cage. The voice belonged to someone I wish I never met, this voice was the sound of my disappointed self.
'Is this really what u do with ur life, man mom was right we should have been the ones to die not her!, u stupid brat' "LEAVE ME ALONE, I HATE U, I WISH I WAS THE ONE THAT DIED" I just shouted out all my feelings and punched the mirror. The sound of the glass falling only made Todoroki kick down the door and rust inside the bathroom.

Todoroki POV:

Midoriya started yelling at me again and then I heard glass breaking. I kicked the door down and went into the bathroom the same time Midoriya fell onto the ground. I ran over to help him up but he pulled away, and started saying something but I was cut off by by him telling me to shut up as he glared at me. He curled up into a lil ball on the ground and started crying hard. After about 15 minutes he reached both his hands out making grabby hands at me. He looked like a lil kid that wanted a toy, he looked cute but at the same time it hurt me to see him like this, his eyes where red and puffy the shine gone. I responded by sitting on the ground next to him, immediately throwing his hands around my neck hugging me like the world was ending. He cried for a few minutes until he asked me a question the shocked and hurt me. "Why wasn't I the one who died." I couldn't answered his question. I just remained silent. Midoriya finally stopped crying but didn't let go of me. He quietly started singing sum to himself.

"I'm sorry for living, cause livings very hard, and one of these days imma gonna get hit by a mother fucking car.

I really hate school, cause Kacchan is there, and one of these days imma going to take a match and burn the fucking place."

He sang this whole heartedly to himself before drifting to sleep. I waited to make sure he was asleep then picked him up and took him to his bed. I cover him and turned to leave when I was stopped by someone pulling me. I turned to meet a wide and teary eyed Midoriya would looked sad and afraid. "Don't go" he said on the edge of crying. "Oh? This whole evening u were yelling at me to go away and leave u alone, why do u want me to stay all of a sudden!?" Idk y but those were the words that fell out of my mouth. He looked hurt as he started crying "ur right, I'm sorry, u can go now" he said without making eyes contact. Shit now I'm the reason he's crying. "Hey I'm sorry.. " "Just go Todoroki, u don't care anyway" he laid down with his back facing me. I felt terrible I was about to leave when I heard soft crying from the small boy, I guess he thought I left already. My body without thinking just claimed in bed with him hugging him from behind. Like a small baby he turned around and hugged me, crying into my shirt. After 5 minutes of him crying he looked up at me. "Promise me sum" he asked not taking his eyes away from mine. "Anything" I said fixing his gase with mine. "Promise me u won't tell anyone about what happened today" he said. "I promise" I responded. With that he closed his eyes and feel asleep.
