~Meanwhile~

No one's POV:

Midoriya walked into to his dorm bathroom, to take care of his wounds.
"Today,  should have been a good day."
He said looking into the face of the sad boy in the mirror, after taking care of his new cuts and bruises from bakugo.

He walked over to the photo he had of his mother on the table and lit a big candle he had. The small flame had consumed him, drawing him to touch it.

Of course it hurt like hell, but after the day he had. The burning flesh made him feel, strangely safe. Like all his troubles was burning away but all good things must come to an end.

*knock knock*

The knocking on the door pulled him back to reality, and the pain from his hand took over. It hurt like hell but he honestly liked it. The now noticeable heart beat in his hand made him feel alive. Strange right?? That of all things, this pain made him want to live.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

Midoriya still not paying attention to the door, walked to the bathroom to let water run on his hand. The difference in temperature was a huge gap bring even more pain. This only made Midoriya smile.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

Oh right the door.

Mineta's POV

Denki and I have been knocking on Midoriya door for a while, what is he doing in there. Is he even in his dorm?
"We should just go..." Denki began saying but was disturbed by the sound of the door opening.
"Can I help you?" a very cold, monotone Midoriya asked. Waw he spends too much time with todoroki he's starting to sound like him.
"Hey dude, just checking up on you" a clearly confused Denki said. "Yh man, and what's that smell, do u have a burning body in ur room" I joked trying to lighten the mood.
"Oh yh that, u see i burned my hand on a candle" Midoriya said putting his hand behind his back.
"Can we see, it smells bad." Denki said as he reached out for Midoriya hands.
"No no, it's not a big deal, hehe" Midoriya said waving his hand in front of him, forgetting the intensity of his injury. Denki grabbed his left hand looking at Midoriya's pam. "What the heck dude!" he said. "That looks like a VERY big deal!" I added. In pain Midoriya pulled his hand away, "OUCH!! I said it's not big deal" he said glaring at Denki. Placing his attention on me, looking down right into my soul. His once glossy green eyes full of life and joy, now was dull dry form what seemed like lack of sleep and overall crying.
"What are u looking at" he said slowly making sure I heard every word.
"Your hand, it looks really bad" I managed to say. "Yh, u said u got burned by a candle? For a burn like that didn't u feel it" Denki asked. "Yh, uk how I mumble to myself, I was doing that and I didn't notice" Midoriya said laughing as he walked. "Oh one other thing" he said as he remember something turning around to face us. "You didn't see anything,  u haven't even see me since I left school" he said with the biggest and creepiest smile I have ever seen. He eyed us making sure we were scared. What the fuck is wrong with this boy, is he friends with the devil. We couldn't speak, he took our silence as our answer, turning around and walked away taking the corner at the end of the hall.
"What the FUCK just happened" I said as I  had finally over came the fear placed on me. "Idk man, idk" was all Denki could manage to say.
"Hey guys... are you okay??" asked a familiar voice. It was Uaraka as she walked up behind us with Todoroki. "Have you seen Midoriya?" Todoroki asked paying no attention to the fact that Denki and I looked like we could pass out any second.
"We haven't seen him since he left school" Denki blurted out. "Yh, we knocked a few times, but there was no  answer" I added trying to make them believe us.
"Oh, okayyyy, let's go get something to eat!, I think Sato is baking" Uaraka said lighting up by the mentioning of sweets. "LET'S GOOOO" Denki and I shouted running down the hall.

No one's POV:

Uaraka turn to see a disappointed Todoroki looking at Midoriya's door. "He's okay, don't worry so much" she said. "How can I not!" Todoroki said very soft like a harsh whisper."What was that" Uaraka asked leaning her head to the side. "Oh nothing let's go" Todoroki said walking down the hall. Leaving Uaraka standing in the hallway. What's that smell, she thought as she walked to go meet the others.
