You stood your ground and clenched your fist, your body and expression radiating anger even when she gently hugged you. She squeezed your head slightly and inhaled your scent. Her face scrunched up and she stepped back covering her nose to block the smell.

"You smell awful."

"You could smell my anger, can't you?"

She rolled her eyes and reached down for a flower with a heavy scent of lemons. She hummed as she placed it around your neck, her fingers dancing above the stems and directed the stems to circle your neck to battle out your horrible scent. Her quirk advanced when she married your father, he created serums out of love and devotion that helped advanced her abilities as an insect. He was crazy in love with her but she valued his gift, or well quirk.

"Still holding a grudge after all these years?"

"Always."

When she noticed your missing arm and all of a sudden she became a real mother, gasping and reaching for you hand asking about your health; she was concerned. You backed away and walked passed her, unfazed by her little show. God it had been years since you've last seen her but her attitude and fakeness annoyed the hell out of you.

"Don't you want to see your boyfriend?"

You stopped dead in your tracks. The wisteria kissing your body as it danced with the wind.

"What did you say?"

"Tomura Shigaraki," She stood behind, rubbing your shoulders as she bent down to your ear. She continued, whispering and grinning. "Tell me, did he teach you lessons?"

"Fuck off you witch!"

You rolled your shoulders to get away from her hands. She growled and pushed you to the floor before getting on top of you, one hand pinning you to the ground and the other in mid air in striking position. Her wings appeared, stretching out from her back. She was capable of growing her wings back by choice, an ability she would have shown you if she wasn't such a bitch and drove you and your father away from her.

Her eyes widen when she saw fear in your eyes, she took deep breaths and lowered you hand. She sat back on her feet with her wings falling down to rest on the ground. You sat up on your elbow before sitting up with your legs crossed.

"Darling-"

"Stop," You shook your head and dragged your hand over your face. "Let's not pretend. Why am I here?"

She sighed and bent forward, her wings drawing back into nothing. "There has been an arrangement."

You raised an eyebrow. "What did you do?"

"Not me, your father."

Again you shook your head and shook your hand to tell to her to stop. "No, that's not dad."

"Darling, listen-"

"Stop! You have no right calling me darling. No right."

Her head hung low and she nodded in agreement. She knew you were right. She hand no right with calling you different, sweet names like typical mothers due because she had lost that role years ago.

"Listen to me then you could storm off but I doubt Shigaraki would like that, he plans to be here."

All this was getting on your nerves, being here with your mom and being at a home that never really was home. It was dark and cold and all you wanted to do was be alone.

Your mom stood up and parted the wisteria in front of both of you. She led you away from the garden into the home. It was warmer and candles lit the room. There were no furniture other than a small table in the center with seating pillows surrounding it. She took her seat and you stayed by the door, you weren't tired enough to sit across from her just yet. With a forced smile your mom continued.

"When your father first left me and when I turned to villainy, again. He wanted to get back at me for causing so much devastation. But he was thinking of fighting fire with fire and we both know the outcome of that; disaster."

Hearing her talk badly about your dad made you turn away with your back to her. Your dad was always nice and sweet. Making nothing into something and created a library cafe, Oasis, to pay for things that you asked. He was hardworking and he prioritized you so much that you were the only girl in his life. He never dated because the only girl that could keep a smile on his face was his daughter that he held on a high, golden pedestal.

"He hunted down All for one, making a deal to put an end to me that he would do anything to see me suffer just as I had made him suffer. At the time you must of been 6 or 7. Tomura Shigaraki was not far from your age. When All for one knew of you, he made the deal that Shigaraki and you will be together. Why? Maybe to use your quirk to his desire and the only way to control you was to pretend he cared about you."

Your body swayed back and forth as you thought back to the times that you had been intimate with Shigaraki. The idea that the whole time he has carried out All for one's wishes made your stomach sick. Sure enough you felt sick, you bent over to the side with your hand over your gut and vomited whatever was left in your stomach. Your mom sighed, deciding it was best not to comfort you but to stay where she sat.

"So All for one sent his best Nomus and took me down, ripping my wings as a reminder. Too bad the Nomus were idiots and when they thought they killed me I crawled away and went into hiding. I may not of been the best mom-"

"You're right!" You wiped the liquids from your mouth and stormed towards your mom. Your right and ghost hand clenching tight as your face puffed up with built up raged that has been stored away specifically for her. "You were the worst mom ever! You make Endeavor look like a saint! Ever since I could remember you never bothered to look at me or dad. The only time you remembered you had a daughter was when you were drunk and angry! I even remembered you never breastfed me and I would go nights starving in the other room because you would drug dad and yourself to sleep because why? Because you thought making me cry might make me stronger!"

Tears glistened in her eyes as she finally faced the truth she kept stored away in the vault of regret. She always wanted a daughter but she could build a connection with you and she couldn't cope with that. So as a result she drank to forget that every time she held her baby girl she would cry and scream at the sight of her. Every time she would try to feed her little moth the baby would vomit and her mouth would blister because the toxins somehow got into her milk and it affected her own flesh and blood. She drank to forget that even though that was her baby who laughed and smiled in her husband's arms, she could never do the same with her own baby girl. So to keep her baby safe from poison and to prevent her from getting fussy, she distanced herself. And as a result, she turned her raged of never raising her only daughter on her work that resulted to her getting in trouble.

"Was that what your father told you?"

"Of course! Because even if he made that deal, he was a better parent than you ever could be!"

You huffed and stormed off to the other room, leaving your weeping mother alone. Although you left when you were young, you could remember every room in the house. You remembered the halls to your old room. Sighing you slid the door open to see that your room hadn't changed. The bed was still tiny, dolls and stuffed animals were piled in the corner. The salt lamps on each side of your bed. Even the plants that your dad placed in the room was still fresh. It was as if time stopped when you left.

Tearing up and a headache emerging, you curled up on your childhood bed and laid down. The stuffed toys stared at you as your stared back at them. Finally you were able to get those things off of your chest but you still somehow felt guilty. Maybe it was due to the fact that she is the only parent left alive but even so, it doesn't forgive the fact that she was addicted to alcohol. You couldn't forget. And forgiven shouldn't come so easily.
