Beau pushed Luke back and he fell onto the lawn.
“What the fuck?” Beau screamed.
“Fuck you!” Luke yelled back.
“Luke stop!” I screamed, hoping he’d listen.
Luke stood up and approached Beau.
“Fuck off.” Beau growled pushing Luke again.
“Jai! Jai, come outside! Right now Jai!” I bellowed.
He came out the front door just as Luke punched Beau again.
“You kissed her!” Luke screamed pointing at me.
All three of them were looking at me now. I was tearing up, my face was red and I was shaking. I slowly shook my head when Beau gave me a hurt look. Luke turned back to Beau and continued to beat on him and Beau tried to push him off. I looked at Jai hoping he’s intervene. He just stared at the two of them, confused as to what he should do.
“For fucks sake.” I cursed under my breath as I walked over, placing myself between the boys.
Luke continued to thrash about as I tried to push him back. That’s when he slugged me. I dropped instantly, covering my face. Everything was silent for a few seconds then I heard Jai cry out,
“You fucking idiot! Look what you did!”
I slowly looked up at Luke and he had a stunned look on his face. Jai ran over and helped me up. We both slowly walked into the kitchen, followed by Beau.
“I’m so sorry Beau, I shouldn’t have told him.” I apologized as Jai lifted me onto the counter.
“It’s ok. I shouldn’t have kissed you.” Beau replied, digging around the freezer looking for a pack of peas.
“Am I worse than you?” I asked examining his face.
“I don’t know, how bad am I?” he examined my face.
“Pretty bad.” I laughed.
“I’d say Beau got the worst of it, clearly.” Jai announced looking from Beau to I.
“Where is he now?” I asked about Luke.
“He took off down the road. I told him to cool off.” Beau replied, smoldering.
I grabbed a small bag of ice that Jai made for my swollen lip and headed out the door, searching for Luke. As soon as I got onto the sidewalk I spotted him, a couple of houses down, punching the air as he walked. I ran to catch up with him and stopped a few feet back.
“You ok, Lukey Poo?” I questioned gingerly.
He kept walking and ignored me. He continued to curse and throw his arms and feet around. I slowly reached out and place my hand on his shoulder, pulling him to a stop.
“He shouldn’t have kissed me, I shouldn’t have told you and you shouldn’t have hit him. Therefore no one’s innocent. Ok?” I looked deep into his eyes, trying to figure out what he was thinking.
He nodded and pulled me into a hug.
“I’m sorry.” he whispered into my ear.

By the time the next weekend flew around everything was back to normal. It was Friday night and the 5 boys and I were sitting around the Brooks’ house on Twitcam with the boys’ fans. I was sitting on the armchair and Jai came and sat on my lap.
“The chair over there is free.” I barked pointing across the room.
“But it’s not on the camera.” he replied.
“Well now I’m not either!” I cried.
He laughed. His phone vibrated and lit up. I could see him smiling as he texted someone.
“Who is it?” I asked resting my head on his shoulder trying to see.
He quickly turned away from his conversation and pretended he didn’t hear me.
It’s his girlfriend, Sydni.” James replied, sounding disgusted.
“How come I wasn’t aware of this girlfriend? Can I meet her?” I interrogated.
“Because.” was all he said and he left the room.
“Well then.” I folded my arms.
“You guys want Beau to kiss Maizy?” James read someone’s tweet.
We all looked at James, shaking our heads. The poor guy was clueless as to what happened the weekend before.
“Not this time.” I groaned.
“Not ever!” Luke seethed.
