“Have a good morning!” Luke sang, kissing my head before I entered my first period class on Monday.

I watched him walk off to his class with Daniel and I slowly turned to enter my class before the bell rang. I sat at my seat and pulled out my phone, checking my Twitter feed. While I was being entertained by my phone someone sulked down into the seat beside me. I was somewhat shocked because I usually sat alone in class.

“Hi!” he smiled at me when I looked up.

“Hey,” I smiled back. “no one usually sits with me.” I laughed cooly.

“Why not? You would think such a pretty thing like you would have people lining up to sit with you.” He purred.

I shook my head and looked down at my phone, hiding my smile. When I looked up he was staring at me, beaming.

“I’m Teddy, by the way.” He extended his hand.

“I’m Maizy.” I shook his hand.

“I know.” He stated.

‘ I have never seen this kid in my life before. How would he know who I am?’ I pondered. ‘I think I’d recognize someone like him. He had a round, soft face and big, thick eyebrows. How does he know who I am? He wasn’t in any of my other classes.’ My mind was going crazy trying to figure out how he knew me.

He started multiple conversations with me throughout class. He was sweet and friendly but he was definitely no threat to Luke. But oddly the other kids in my class kept giving us dirty looks. Teddy was in my next class as well so by lunch time I felt like we had been friends forever.

“D’you want to sit with my friends and I?” I asked.

“Sure!” he cheered as we approached our table.

When James, Jai, Luke, Sydni and Daniel saw us their jaws dropped and the boys instantly looked pissed.

“Hey boys!” Teddy smiled, sitting beside Luke.

“The fuck are you doing?” Luke growled as I filled the last seat at the table between James and Daniel.

“Hey! Be nice!” I flicked a carrot at Luke.

“Yeah, be nice. Maizy kindly invited me to sit with you, her friends.” Teddy taunted.

I was confused.

“Get lost, cunt.” Jai hissed.

I glanced at Sydni looking for answers. She texted me, telling me about the ongoing conflict between the Janoskians and Teddy. I was utterly appalled. Teddy knew of my relationship with Luke and that I was friends with the rest of the boys. He had planned on pretending to be friends with me and that nothing happened. He must have thought I was extremely easy and gullible. The boys were bickering back and forth amongst themselves.

“Teddy leave.” I mumbled as I glanced up at him with daggers.

“What?” he asked, not knowing what I said.

“Leave! Go away from our table, now!” I yelled.

He smiled devilishly at the boys and left.

“Fucking cunt.” I growled under my breath.

“I told her about everything.” I heard Sydni whisper to the boys.

“I’m sorry guys, if I would have known..” I started but Daniel cut me off.

“It’s ok. We’ve all been fooled by Teddy’s unbelievable good looks. Mmm, those eyebrows.” Daniel joked, hugging me and placing a slobbery kiss on my forehead.
