I heard a knock at my front door and hurried up and ran down the stairs to get to the door. I turned the knob and cracked the door open to see who it is. It was Harvey, I opened the door the rest of the way and quickly rush to give Harvey a massive hug.
"Hey, Harv! What are you doing here? I thought you guys were busy today."
We were, but we finished early so I decided to come over for a bit," Harvey murmured pulling away from the hug.
I grabbed his hand and ran upstairs after shutting the front door. we get to my room and shut the door. I lay on my bed and waited for Harvey to come to join me to watch a movie.
"Harv, are you coming to join me? I wanna watch a movie."
" Well, I had another idea. How about we have a little fashion show!" Harvey said ecstatically. "Find your favorite dress and heels and put them on. I'll go stand in the hallway while you get dressed."
"YAY!!"
I love playing dress-up! I ran to my closet and started pushing clothes to one side trying to find the perfect outfit. I finally came across a tan off-the-shoulder knee-high dress. It was the perfect dress, I also matched it with a pair of silver heels with beaded rhinestones on the bridge over the toes. I also put on my favorite silver-studded necklace with it and walked out of my room and into the hallway where Harvey was standing facing away from me.

He turned around when he heard the creak of the bedroom door. He had been on the phone with someone and quit talking to look at me. his mouth dropped for a moment before realizing he was still on the phone.
Hey, um yeah, we will be there soon. ok bye," Harvey said and quickly ending the call. "Wow... You look amazing Poppy."
"Wel thank you! who was on the phone?"
"Oh um, It was Max. He wants us over there now. I guess there is an emergency" Harvey said in a rush. "There is no time to change we have to go."
Harvey grabbed my hand and rushed down the steps and out the front door to his car. We rushed over to the Mill's house and when we finally got there, we got out and ran through the house and into the backyard. We walked out the back door and see two trails of candles and rose petals leading to the other end of the yard where Max had been standing. I shuffled down the rows of candles and slowly making my way to max being confused as to what was happening or about to happen. I get to the end of the candles where Max had been standing with his guitar. He started to strum a couple of cords on his guitar and then started to sing Just the Way You Are by Bruno Mars.

I started to cry as Max took off his guitar and set it tothe side. He walked up to me and held my hands.
"Poppy, I have loved you so much for the last 3 years but have always been scared to tell you. You deserved the best I could offer you, so I tried my best to give you what you deserve. Poppy, wil you please do me the honor and by my girlfriend?" Max asked in a nervous tone looking deep into my eyes.
"Yes Max, I would love to be your girlfriend!"
His eyes widened and a big smile came across his face and picked me up kissing me and spinning me around in a circle.
"This is the happiest day of my life! I love you so much Poppy," Max continued saying in an exstatic tone and placing me back onto the ground.
