Sophia's POV:

We went inside his messy home, but I didn't care. I made us some hot chocolates with whipped cream and marshmallows, and Lando went to his streaming room. I messaged him, telling him his drink was downstairs, and seconds later, I could hear an elephant stampede that was Lando's footsteps. I had his hot chocolate help out in front of me ready for him to grab and run back upstairs, but instead, he took it hastily out of my hand, put it down on the table, and closed the gap between us. Our lips touched as I walked back, my hands wondering up underneath the material on his chest, and bought his face closer to mine- grasping his neck and pulling it closer. Once my back hit the counter, I seamlessly jumped, wrapping my legs around Lando's waist, as he carried me up the stairs. We only pulled our lips apart, when we were outside his room. I looked into his eyes, and he wanted the world to know. I dropped from his waist to look up into his eyes, those emerald eyes. "Lets keep them waiting for longer, we can be like the puppet masters controlling our puppets" I said with an evil smirk on my face, rubbing my hands together. Lando laughed, kissing me one last time, before picking me up bridal style, as I started laughing and screaming, and we entered his room. He sat in his chair, trying to get the hair out of my face whilst laughing his head off. He looked into my eyes, before I raised my eyebrows, which must be a memory trigger for him. 

"Oh I'm sorry MA'AM didn't know you were boss" he said, with added sass factor. "Chat this is my best friend Sophia, Sophia this is chat. You met earlier I believe?". I couldn't help but laugh. What was he playing at. "Hi chat!" I said looking at the camera, as Lando looked at me from the side, as I spoke. "If you've got any questions or suggestions of what we should do whilst we're here, feel free to ask/say!!" 

Lando raised his eyebrows at me, as I turned to face him. "Forgot something?" he asked. "Shoot hot chocolates. I'll be 2 seconds chat.", I said, as I mimicked Lando's footsteps from earlier. They were still hot, and probably cooled down enough to  drink now. I re-entered the room, with Lando facing the door, awaiting for my arrival. I couldn't help but have a laughing fit, and Lando's laughter filled my ears with joy. after a good minute, I passed him his drink. I positioned myself on his lap, making sure I was comfortable as well as me. Then Lando started asking me questions. '"Sophia, I swear when we met I've seen you before. Did you used to do karting or something?" I nodded, and he began to smile. He bought a picture up on his phone, and zoomed in. "This you?" I laughed nodding along the way, as Lando showed the camera, also laughing. "Do you remember any of the other guys? I'm curious now." I studied the picture: "Alex, George, Charles, I remember those guys. You were all so nice to me when the other guys came to pick on me for being a girl" I laughed, but it was of good memories. We ended up having more eye contact, and chat almost died, saying Lando's got a girlfriend and is finally not our little racer anymore. I laughed, saying I wasn't his girlfriend. He smirked, knowing I was more to him than I could ever imagine. At that point, I got a notification on my phone: George Russell, Alex Albon and Charles Leclerc wanted to follow me. I showed Lando my phone, and he smiled. WE didn't show the camera, as I accepted the requests. It's a good job my accounts private at these times, I thought to myself. I waved into the camera, saying hi to Alex, George and Charles. Then, as a joke, I waved to Lando, and he burst out laughing, waving back. 

After about half an hour, Lando ended the stream, as he took my wrist and dragged me into the garden. It was pitch black, I couldn't see a thing. Apart from it was raining, and I smiled- I've dreamt about doing this with someone, but my dad discouraged love in all ways. He pulled me into my chest, and we began to sway with each other, my neck burying into his. We were drenched, and I looked up to him, about to cry. This was the life I wanted, the life I longed for, the life that was just perfect. Lando noticed, and cupped my face with his drench fingers, which had been intertwined with mine. 

"What's wrong pretty girl?"

"Nothing. The total opposite actually. I was thinking to myself, just how perfect my life feels like when I'm with you. This is what I needed to feel after the years of manipulation from my father about love. To experience it for myself." A single salty tear left my eye, Lando wiping it as it fell. 

"I'm so happy with you" I finally said. 

"I love you Sophia. More than anything or anyone in the world. And I won't let anyone or anything hurt you."

I sniffed, and managed to collect myself together to be able to speak.

"I love you too Lando.", as he pulled me upwards and our lips met again. 

A/N: lucky you guys! Two updates in a day. I thought about what I wanted in my dream relationship, and tried to portray it through Sophia. I'm sorry for the slow updates, now we're going back to school, meaning more homework, less time to do it in, and less time to write. However, I will update more, and hoping I cant start by bringing alternate characters, such as George, Alex and Charles, to the storyline. 

I've been overwhelmed by the number of reads and support I get, whether that be by the comments or private conversations. I just write as a hobby, escaping the outside world, and it's nice to share with people my work.
