Sophia's POV: 

I walked into the paddock with Lando, the sun shining down on this lovely afternoon. Whilst we walked through, drivers and engineers from all teams greeted me and Lando. Everyone was happy for the last race. Most looked exhausted after this jam packed season: all people working here and at the factories worked so hard to get through until now, I saw it first hand whenever I went into McLaren when I went to see Lando and to say hi to everyone. We got to the garage, going through and into the pitlane, everyone greeting us with smiles and waves. Me and Lando helped the guys and girls finish setting up, and then we went into the hospitality, before Lando had to go to his media duties before Free Practice tomorrow. We ate some lunch, both of us having a light salad. I've started adapting myself to eat the same meals Lando has to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Charlotte then came in the building, as we waved her over to sit with us. She grabbed a panini and coffee first, before flopping in the chair opposite me and Lando. "Tired?" I asked, to which she nodded, rubbing her eyes. "Jet lag's killing me. That's one thing I won't miss in the winter break." Lando then swallowed his food. "Same to be honest. It sucks. Anyway I hope what I posted on Instagram the other day isn't a huge PR problem. And if it is I'm sorry. I just wanted to show appreciation for my wonderful girlfriend," he said hitting my leg with his hand gently, gaining my attention and then he looked into my eyes, a smile planted on his face. "No it's no biggy. If you get asked questions about it, you guys know what to say don't you?" Charlotte asked, to which we both nodded. "Alright mister, we've gotta get you out of here into the press conference room. Sophia, Helen's on her way. You can hang out with her because she's finished up with Carlos for now. Also in case you get asked or stopped in the paddock for an interview, she'll be there to guide you through it or tell them to piss off." She stood, hugging me. Lando then grabbed onto my waist , forcing my head to turn to him. "Te amo, I'll see you later." I kissed his gentle and soft lips. "Te amo, mi amour," he said as he walked out the building. Carlos looked puzzled at him as he walked into the building alongside Helen. "Was he just talking español amigos?" he asked me, still with the puzzled look on his face, turning to me and Helen. "Sí Carlos, I've been teaching him." 

"So that's why his Instagram post said 'Mi amour'. You guys really stirring the rumour pot," Carlos said, and I nodded. "Right I'm going to my driver room, I'll see you later?" 

"Sure, have fun!" 

Helen then turned to me. "You fancy going to surprise Lando after his his press conference?"

"Of course I would, let's go. We at least want to have time in case of interviews and photographs." 

"About the interviews, are you happy to answer them or would you rather be left alone?" 

"I'm happy to answer questions, benefits of being a social butterfly," I said smiling. We pushed the chairs from under us and tucked them into the table, and as I turned around, I saw a familiar 5 faces walk into the hospitality. It was Lando's family, and I felt like bursting with joy and happiness, as I ran into Cisca' s open arms. "Oh my gosh, you're all here!! How are you all?" 

"We're amazing thank you, you?" 

"So happy now you guys are here!!! Lando's just gone to his press conference. If you guys want food, after the press conference, I can drag him back here and then that'll be a surprise?"

"Of course, that's perfect! See you in a bit love, she said lightly kissing my cheek.

As I walked past Flo, she whispered in my ear and she said curiously. "We'll talk about Instagram later ok?" I nodded, happily, as we exchanged a smile and hug, and me and Helen re-emerged into the sun. I noticed Kym walking down the paddock, as I said hello to him, and he took some pictures of me in the paddock. I saw Natalie Pinkham and Rachael Brooks hanging around whilst off air, and we spoke for a while. I filled Helen in on life in general, until we got to the conference doors, where we waited till the doors were swung open. "Oh hi Sophia! Didn't expect you to come all the way down here." I hummed as he planted a kiss on my cheek. "I have a surprise for you, it's in hospitality. Wanna walk?" I asked, and he nodded, as we stepped back out into the light. I couldn't contain my excitement, and I grabbed his hand and dragged him the paddock, almost running. He was laughing, trying to keep up. The people in the paddock were laughing at our act, and the photographers caught images of us laughing our heads off. We got to the hospitality, and the automatic doors open, and I saw Cisca from a distance. She turned to see us, and when I playfully hit Lando's cheek in the right direction, he eventually saw her, and looked at me. He looked like he was about to cry with happiness, as he ran over to his families arms, and all 6 of them engulfed in a hug. Watching from a distance, me and Helen smiled at each other. Family is important, and due to his job, he doesn't see them regularly enough. Plus, it was a nice surprise. I walked over to them, as Helen walked up to Carlos' driver room. Flo then parted. "So about that Instagram post huh?" Lando began to blush, making me laugh. "Never thought you'd be the romantic type my bro, but I guess I was wrong." said Cisca, his other sister. We smiled at each other as he slotted his hand through my waist and pulled me close, making my head fall into the crook of his neck. He hummed in response, as he planted a kiss on my forehead. We caught up with them about life, as time flew by. We grabbed some dinner, and me and Lando walked to the hotel. We stayed at the hotel that overlooked sector three, so it was less than a minutes walk. As soon as we got in, I threw my bag down, and fell onto the bag. Lando followed, laying next to me. "What are you thinking about Norris?" I asked. "I was thinking off the rumours, right? Cause obviously I got asked about the Instagram post, I just said that your my best friend and I love you in that sense. What about, during the winter break, we take like a tonne of pictures together, and we post them? It'll get the rumours going you know? And I know you like to play hard to get." He smirked at that last part, making me laugh. "Of course we can! I would love some photos. It would be nice to frame some and put them around the house, so no matter where you go your gorgeous face is there-" 

"Alongside the most beautiful women in the world," he said, smiling. I turned from facing the ceiling to see him, as he did so as well. "I love you my future husband." 

"And I love you too my future wife," he said planting a kiss on my lips. "And also, on the topic of the winter break, who are you spending Christmas with? You don't have to spend it with me-" I shut him up by kissing him again. "Of course I would love to spend it with you. How about we host Christmas this year? We have the space to do so, and we can invite your family and my mum as well. We can spend time together as a family." Family, That was the word to describe Lando now. He was my family. His family was mine. My family were apart of his. "Great idea! We'll tell my parents tomorrow. But I need sleep first, I have to be in a race car tomorrow." 

"Yeah you do, come on. let's get ready for bed and then tomorrow we'll have a good day, deal?" 

"Deal." He said, shaking my hand. Once we had got ready for bed, we dove under the crisp white sheets. I snuggled up to his chest, as we both began to yawn. I closed my eyes, the world turning black as I plunged into my imaginary colourful world. Before I fell into my coma for the night, I felt Lando's eyes turn to look down at me. He kissed my temples, whispering in ear as he did. "I love you my future wife. Sweet dreams." A smile creeped onto my face, as I travelled to my unknown world inside my head.
