Lando's POV:
I woke up, the sun beaming through the window. 6:30am, it was way too early but Jon would be here any moment. I peeled myself out of bed and got changed into gym wear, trying not to wake Sophia. I took my phone off my nightstand, kissed her temples, and then went downstairs. I opened the door to Jon on his bike ready for what would seem like the longest bike ride I was about to endure on. It clearly rained last night: quite heavily, as the roads were flooded, and we cycled up to the MTC. I did some gym work, mainly strength building with my neck and my abdomen, and then we both jumped back on the bikes to go home. It didn't take long, even if it felt long, and I was home by 8:30am. I got my keys and opened the door to the aroma of bacon and sausages, as I peeked into the kitchen. I saw Sophia standing there, in some of her new clothes she got yesterday. She came over and pecked my lips, as I stared at the amount of food. "Is Jon still out there hun? I made enough for the three of us. If not, we can always eat it tomorrow if I wrap it up."
"I'll go check," I said, walking out of the kitchen, to see Jon on the phone. I leaned up against the doorframe until he was done, and then I asked if he had to shoot off right now. "No I don't have anything to go to," He said. "Sophia's made breakfast and there's enough for the three of us if you wanna come in?"
"You sure mate? Don't want to be intruding your day-"
"Don't be stupid, come get your ass inside it's freezing."
I invited him in, he said good morning to Sophia and we sat around the table eating breakfast. After an hour he left, and Sophia asked the quadrant gang and me if she could post some photos on Instagram of our evening, to which everyone said yes too.
