Chapter 1

While working at UA

Aizawa never let anyone see his cos he didn't know who it was and Yamada thought it was cos he didn't want a soulmate so he never said anything

Yamada has a black sleeping cat on his back as well as a small picture of UA next to it and 1A written very small above the picture of UA.

Aizawa has a cockatoo singing in a microphone at the back of his neck as well as a pair of headphones and a shadowed figure.

Aizawa often forgot about the pictures since they weren't very big and often covered by his hair or his scarf.

At UA in the morning

"HEY AIZAWA!!!" Aizawa covers his ears and turns around to glare at him.

"Mic volume."

"Oh right sorry" Yamada rubs the back of his neck embarrassed. Reminding Aizawa of his pictures.

"Hey Mic..?" Aizawa asks nervously.

"What's up? You seem down."

"Umm... I would like your help with something after school could you come over?"

"Sure! Can I ask what it is?"

"....I'll tell you when you come over its still kinda awkward for me to say." He blushes slightly.

"Okay... I'll see you after school then I guess."

"Thanks. Well I should head to class before those problem children blow it up." He smiles before walking off.

'You really love those kids huh Shouta. I just hope one day you can love me too.' Yamada thinks smiling sadly.

"Mic? Are you okay?" Yamada turns around to see All Might walking up to him.

"Yeah... I'm okay." He tries smiling but just looks so sad.

"Aizawa is your soulmate isn't he..?" All Might asks looking in the direction where Aizawa went.

"How'd you know?"

"The way you looked so sadly but lovingly after him I assumed you were soul mates but the question is why haven't you told him?" All Might looks at him.

"I don't think he wants a soul mate... He never lets anyone see his marks so I haven't let him see mine because then he'll figure it out..." Yamada says sounding broken and Toshonori notices a tear fall from his eye.

"....Maybe there's a different reason has he ever said that's why?"

"No he hasn't... I guess you could be right. Thanks Toshonori." Yamada smiles up at All Might.

"Glad I could help!" They go their seperates ways.

After school at Aizawa's apartment

Yamada knocks on the door and after a few moments he hears shuffling on the other side of the door. The door clicks and opens revealing Aizawa with his hair tied in a small pony at the nape of his neck and he was wearing a black T-shirt and black sweatpants.
