Chapter 11

Avyrain, Valt and Iris are having lunch as usual in the rooftop

"The first semester is almost done" Avyrain stated with a heavy sigh

"Yeah, exams are almost near" Iris replied

"That's not the problem" Avyrain stated

‘The story begins in second semester' Avyrain thought to herself

"Do you want to study together senpai?" Valt asked as she placed a food in Avyrain's mouth

"You two can go together, I don't want to be a third wheel all the time" Iris replied

"Should we?, Valt is smart so maybe you could teach me" Avyrain stated

"Do you want to study at my place?" Valt asked as he fed Avyrain a sliced of apple

"What about your family?" Avyrain asked

"They're busy so usually they are not at home, do you want to meet them?" Valt said as he placed a grape on her mouth

"Not really" Avyrain replied

"Tch do you not have any hands?, does your boyfriend have to feed you everytime we eat together" Iris complained

"It's convenient and Valt is okay with it" Avyrain replied

"What are you a kid?, aren't you even tired of cooking this girl's lunch everyday and on top of that feeding her too?" Iris stated

"I liked doing it" Valt replied with a smile

Iris sighed as she said "Your womanizer reputation had vanished, now everyone sees you as Avyrain's pet who wags his tail everytime for his owner"

"Do I look like that?" Valt asked looking at Avyrain

Avyrain ruffled Valt's hair as she said "Don't worry, you're more adorable that way"

Valt looked at Iris and with a grin he said "If Avy senpai likes it then I'll be a pet for a lifetime"

Iris sighed as she said "It's rare for a pet to take care of its owner all the time"

When the bell rang, Avyrain returned back to their class

"Hey Avy, have you heard there was a new transferred student in the 2nd year" Iris stated

"Is that so?" Avyrain nonchalantly replied

"I got the info from the coach that she's going to be a manager along with me in the team, I heard she's very pretty" Iris stated

"What did you say?" Avyrain asked in surprised

"I said she was very pretty" Iris replied

"Not that, a 2nd year student who just transferred and is going to be the manager of the basketball team?" Avyrain asked

"Yes, she's classmate with Kaleid" Iris replied

"I think her name was Claire" she added

In that instant, Avyrain became silent and a lot of thoughts came unto her

She stood up from her seat and got out of the room

‘Claire is Kaleid's girlfriend which became the reason Valt and Astrid made a connection’ she thought to herself

‘It's either I have to make sure they do not get together or make sure Kaleid is going to be with Astrid’ Avyrain thought

As Avyrain was walking aimlessly in the hallway, she was suddenly spotted by Valt
