"Valt, do you know the reason why Kaleid is acting as your substitute in the game?" Avyrain asked

"I don't really know senpai, are you curious about it?" Valt uttered

"Not really, it's just weird since he is part of the first five in the team" Avyrain replied

‘In reality I don't have a good feeling about it, I think there's something he's planning at but as long as it does not hurt Valt in any way then I don't care what it is’ Avyrain thought to herself

"Would you have like it if he played with me senpai?" Valt asked

"I don't really care much about it as long as you have fun playing then I'll be delighted to watch the game" Avyrain replied with a smile

"I'm glad" Valt stated with a grin

‘Jeez he's attacking me with that dazzling smile of his again’ Avyrain thought as she gaze at Valt

"Finish your food already, you still have a match after this" Avyrain stated

"Manager said I can return at 2, so can't I stay by your side until then?" Valt uttered looking at Avyrain expectantly

‘Why are you suddenly using your adorable puppy eyes on me?, I can't bear to say no to that’ Avyrain thought

"Alright" Avyrain stated with a smile

‘I decided to change my plan but somehow I don't want to stop doing things like this with him, should I ask Valt what he thinks of ending this kind of relationship?’ Avyrain thought to herself

After eating together, Valt laid down on Avyrain's legs while he gazes at her

"You said you want to use my legs as a pillow because you're tired then why aren't you closing your eyes yet?" Avyrain uttered as she pinched his long pointed nose

"I want to gaze at you more" Valt stated

"That won't do, close your eyes so you can get rest" Avyrain ordered

"Okay but please continue touching my head, I like it" Valt uttered with a smile

Avyrain caressed his head as she said "You've gotten a lot more clingy lately"

A smile formed on Valt's face as he closed his eyes and fell asleep

‘How can a sleeping man look this good?’ Avyrain thought as she gaze upon Valt

‘A little longer, let me be selfish for a little bit more’ she thought to herself

As she gently touched his hair, she mumbled under her breath "Let me be your girlfriend for a little longer"

A while later, Avyrain was reading a book with Valt sleeping soundly on her lap when suddenly Claire arrived

"Oh, Valt is here" Claire stated as she walked towards them

Avyrain glanced at her silently then reverted her gaze back at the book

"Valt-kun wake up" Claire uttered as she reached out her hand and gently shook his shoulder

Avyrain looked at Claire as she said "Leave him be, Valt is tired so I'll wake him up before 2"

Claire smiled as she said "Valt and I have something important to talk with"

Avyrain gave Valt a nudge on his arm as she said "Valt, wake up"

Valt slowly opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was Avyrain looking at him

Valt immediately sat up straight as he said "I'm sorry senpai, did your legs go numb?"

"It's alright, did you have a good nap?" Avyrain asked with a smile
