"Remember what happened the last time we went to an event like this?" Trent spoke as he and Emily walked into the venture for Robbo's book party.

"You mean James' charity gala? I think I remember that night better than anyone." Emily replied as Trent held open the door to the function room to allow Emily to walk in before he followed her.

"Yeh sorry. I didn't mean to bring up bad memories. Have you spoke to Neco recently?" Trent asked hoping to find out some information just like Curtis was planning to do with Neco.

"No Trent I haven't." Emily told him as she bit back a smile. She knew that she only had to keep the secret for a little while longer and it was killing her how close she was to being able to tell everyone.

"Just checking." Trent shrugged his shoulders before Perrie and Alex approached the pair.

"Finally. I haven't seen you in forever. Let's go get a drink." The blonde spoke as she popped her arm through her boyfriend's teammate's little sister who she had grown close to since their move to Liverpool.

"So how are you?" Emily wondered as the pair made their way toward the bar across the room.

"I'm good. Been busy with the girls lately so it's nice to have a night like this. How are you? I feel like we haven't spoken since, well you know." Perrie replied trying not to say the night of James's gala.

"You can say it Pez. I don't mind." Emily smiled so Perrie wouldn't feel so awkward.

"Sorry. I just know how awkward break ups can be. Especially the ones where you still have to see him all the time." The blonde spoke before they ordered a drink each from the bartender.

"Well sometimes it's not that awkward." Emily found herself saying before she could stop herself.

"What?" Perrie wondered as their drinks were placed next to them.

"Nothing." Emily replied before taking a sip of her drink, silently praying that Perrie would forget about it.

"Emily?" Perrie said in a warning tone.

"Okay, okay." Emily sighed before playing her glass back down on the counter next to her. "You can't tell anyone until we tell everyone later."

"We?" The singer asked in confusion.

"Neco and I are kind of back together." Emily spoke in a quiet voice after looking around to make sure no one else had heard her.

"What?!" Perrie exclaimed with an excited smile on her face.

"Shhh Pez. You can't tell a soul. No one knows except Neco and I. And now you." Emily explained as she swirled the liquid around in her glass.

"I'm so happy for you Em." Perrie informed the young girl before pulling her into a hug.

"Thanks Perrie." Emily replied with a smile as the singer let her go.

"I just wanna thank you all for your support. I know without every single person in this room I wouldn't have been able to write this book. Or in fact be where I am today." Andy spoke with a microphone in his hand.

"My beautiful wife Rachel has been by my side since school and I'm forever grateful for her and our two beautiful children. I'm also thankful for my parent and my older brother Stephen who always supported my choice of playing football."

"And I'm forever grateful for my little sister Emily." Emily felt herself smile as her brother spoke about her. "Stephen and I were always close growing up due to the fact their is only 18 months between the two of us. But there is 7 years between me and Emily but the never stopped us from growing close. She was my biggest fan during my time with Celtic and really pushed me to keep going after I was dropped. She's an amazing godmother to my kids and I can't thank her enough for everything she's done for me."

Emily blushed slightly as everyone clapped and people's attention turned to her before Andy continued with his speech.

"But there is one group of people who made all of this possible." Andy spoke holding up his book in his hand. "And is the amazing group of people at Liverpool. From Melwood staff, to the management team, the boys themselves and everyone in between. Without you all, none of this would be possible and I'm so thankful for the opportunities you have given me. From playing for one of the biggest clubs in Europe to captaining my country. I couldn't do it with out. So thank you all for coming, I hope you had a great time."

The crowd clapped as Andy handed the microphone back over to the owner of the venue and walked towards everyone.

The crowd started to disperse over the next few minutes until it was basically all of the Liverpool boys left along and their guests with the Robertson family themselves.

Emily grabbed her brother's arm before he hand the chance to slip past her on his way to Trent and Hendo.

"I need to tell you something." Emily told her brother causing Andy's face to turning into a worrying one.

"What's up?" He wondered.

"Actually I need to tell you all something." She turned to look at the few people that were left in the room. Her eyes landed on Neco who was stood talking to Curtis and Alex. "I've been keeping a secret from you all over the last few weeks and I now feel like you all deserve to know."

Emily could see that everyone's faces looked really worried which kind of caused her to laugh at how serious they were taking this as she tried to imagine what they would say when they found out.

"Neco and I are back together." Emily spoke as she turned to look at her brother who was standing next to her.

"You liar." Was the first response Emily heard and it caused her to laugh as she immediately recognised the voice of her best friend standing a few feet away.

"You two made us look like mugs." Curtis pointed between his best friend and the Robertson girl as Neco gave her a hug from behind causing them both to laugh.

"Can you blame us? You two were more invested in our love lives then your own." Neco replied looking between the two scousers in the squad.

"Are you mad?" Emily wondered looking over at her older brother.

"Of course not." Andy smiled before pulling his only sister into a hug. "Once you're happy, I'm happy."

"Thank you." Emily replied with a smile.

"Drinks on Robbo." Alex called out causing everyone to laugh before they all started to talk away again.

"Now, was that so bad?" Neco wondered looking over Emily's shoulder at her face as he had his arms wrapped around her waist from behind.

"No it wasn't. I'm just glad everyone knows again." She replied before turning around in his arms and placing a kiss on his lips.
