DA Meeting (5.8)

(Harry POV)

Y/N had gotten out of the hospital yesterday. She was now well enough to walk but she still had bruises on her face. 

   She was also now the new talk of the school. She would get stared at while walking down the hallways. 'Beautiful y/n was beaten' roamed the halls.  Some people were afraid she was a death eater because of all her run ins with Voldemort. I knew she wasn't happy. Just like she was with Cedric's death she shut herself off. Most times she barely came down for dinner. She still talks to me but she's so worried about what others are saying she barely has time for hanging out with us. She even skipped going to Hogsmead this week.

"You cant shut yourself off again y/n." I said while we were waiting for people to show up to the first DA meeting. 

"I know Harry, i just dont like all this talk of me. I dont want to be known as the girl who has run ins with V-Voldemort all the time." She replied. "I- I just want to be know as your girlfriend Harry, not as a death eater, which i'm not."

I sighed. I knew the only reason Draco was ordered to do this was to insure i'd fight against Voldemort. Y/N was leverage to get to me. 

"Everyone's here Harry!" Hermonie said as she walked into the room. 

"Expelliarmus."

"I'm hopeless."

"You're just flourishing your wand too much. Try it like this. Expelliarmus."

"You will please copy the approved text four times... to ensure maximum retention."

"There will be no need to talk."

"No need to think's more like it."

"Expelliarmus."

"Wands away."

"Stunning is one of the most useful spells in your arsenal."

"It's a wizard's bread and butter, really."

"Good. Not bad at all, Nigel. Well done."

"Don't worry. I'll go easy on you."

"Thanks, Ronald."

"I let her do that. It's good manners, isn't it?"

"It was completely intentional."

"Now, focus on a fixed point and try again."

"Very good. Keep your concentration."

"Great."
