Horcrux (6.12)

(Harry POV)

"Sir what is this place." Asked y/n.

"Its where we shall find the first Horcrux." He replied.  

She narrowed her eyes in confusion.

I shrugged at her.

"Harry, pull that please." Dumbledore said referring to something on the ground."

I pulled it closer revealing a boat. 

"Sir," I said letting Dumbledore climb on. I lifted y/n up into the boat and climbed on myself.

"Do you think the Horcrux is in there, sir?" Y/N asked. Pointing to a bowl on a ledge.

"Oh, yes. It has to be drunk. All of it has to be drunk. You remember the conditions on which I brought you both here with me? This potion might paralyze me. May make me forget what I'm doing here. Might cause me so much pain that I beg for relief. You are not to indulge these requests. It's your job, Harry, to make sure I keep drinking this potion. And to make sure she doesn't try to help. Her life is much more valuable than mine." He said pointing to y/n. She had a worried look on her face. "Even if you have to force it down my throat. Understood?" He concluded.

"Why can't I drink it, sir?" Y/N asked him.

"Because I'm much older, much cleverer and much less valuable. Your good health, Y/N."

We nodded and he walked to the bowl and took a drink.

(Y/N POV)

I walked to him giving him another drink.

"Harry more." I told him.

He nodded and filled up the shell. I served it to Dumbledore who flopped to the ground leaning against a rock.

"Professor. Professor!" Harry yelled racing over.

"Harry." Dumbledore said.

"Professor. Can you hear me? Professor!"

"Harry, come on we have to give him the rest." I said pouring some into Dumbledore's mouth.

"No. Don't" Dumbledore begged.

"You have to keep drinking like you said, remember?" Harry told him.

"Stop." He said. Tears streamed down Dumbledore's cheeks.

"We will stop. We will stop. But only-- only if you keep drinking." Harry begged.

"Don't make me--" I felt tears brimming at my eyes. Seeing Dumbledore in this state of distress was heart breaking.

"I'm sorry, sir." I told him. 

"Kill me. Kill me! All my fault. My fault." He begged.

"Just one more, sir. One more, I promise. I promise I'll do what you say." Harry said attempting to pour it in his mouth.

"No, no." Dumbledore grabbed my hand. "Please dont let him do this to me." He begged.

"I promise! Please!" Harry yelled.

"Harry. Water. Water." Dumbledore asked.

"Water. Look, you did it, sir. Look." Harry said smiling.

"Harry... water." Dumbledore begged.

I walked to the bowl. Y/N grabbed the Horcrux out.

(Harry POV)

"Aguamenti!" y/n said filling the dish up with water.

"Water." Dumbledore asked. I took the shell in a attempt to scoop it up.

"Its not working." I said panicking.

"Uh, uhh." Y/N said.

"Harry give it." She said taking the scoop and walking down to the edge of the water.

"Its okay sir. Almost done." I assured Dumbledore.

"AHHHH." I heard y/n scream as i watched her be grabbed into the water. I ran down to the edge.

"Y/N!" I yelled.

Y/N reached the surface gasping.

"Here!" I said holding out my hand. She grabbed it and i pulled her up.

"Look!" She yelled as things started climbing at us.

"Mer-people." She said under her breath.

"Lumos. Lumos maxima! Stupefy!" I yelled.

"Stupefy." She yelled pointing at them.

"Harry, y/n" Dumbledore begged.

"Sectumsempra!"

"Stupefy!"

"Harry..."

"Incarcerous!" She yelled. 

"Stupefy!"

"Harry... Harry... Partis Temporus!" Dumbledore yelled causing all the creatures to fly back.

"Come here." He yelled. We held on to him and apperated away.
