Veronica’s POV
I pulled the car into a spot across the street from the club and parked. I grabbed my purse and jumped out of the car. Lena and Bailey followed. We waited for the right time and jogged across the street Lena struggling since she had stripper heels on. We showed the bouncer our ID’s and walked into the club. I looked around and was instantly annoyed. There were so many people and I was really big on personal space when it came to people I didn’t know. I told Lena and Bailey that I was going to get a drink and walked toward the bar.

Jesse’s POV
As I was sitting at the bar, scanning the room I saw the most beautiful girl, you couldn’t miss her. She had shoulder length blond hair, and those big hazel eyes and she just lit up the room. I couldn’t believe my eyes, it was Vern. My god she was something in high school, but she’s really something now.
“Veronica?” I said with a huge grin on my face
“Jesse? Jesse James? Is that you?! omg!” she said with a huge grin
I offered to buy her a drink, be she insisted on buying it herself. She’s was so independent in high school, and she still is. That was always attractive to me. We got to talking, catching up, and laughing when her friend Bailey came over.
“Oh Jesse, This is Bailey, Bailey this is Jesse. I’m sure you two know who you guys are” she said
“Hey Bailey, I want to introduce you to my friend Zach”

Zach’s POV
I saw Bailey over there with Veronica and Jesse, my god she was so pretty, her hair, and those eyes. wow. I could tell Jesse was trying so hard over there with Vern. I give him props though, the guy has been waiting since high school for this girl.

Bailey's POV
I was talking with Jesse and Veronica when Jesse started telling me about his friend Zach. I was listening until I saw a boy walking over to us. Not gonna lie I was feeling him hardcore. I was so attracted and I didn’t even know him. I stood there a little shocked when he came up and said hey to Jesse and Veronica.
“Zach this is Bailey” Jesse said
“H-heyy Bailey” Zach stuttered
“Hi” I said trying to sound as cute as possible.
I was just about to say something else when Veronica yelled OMG this is our song!!! I finally paid attention and heard Uma Thurman by Fall Out Boy and got super excited.
“Sorry boys I have to steal her for a second” I said and dragged her onto the dance floor.

Jesse’s POV
Veronica and Bailey quickly ran to the dance floor, as they were dancing and spinning each around Zach and I watched and drank our drinks as we commented on how cute they were as they danced. I could tell Zach was really into Bailey.
“I see you Zeeko”
“Is it weird that I like her and I haven’t even had a full conversation with her?”
“Not at all Z-man”
After the song was over they came back and Veronica sat next to me and Bailey went over to Zach and sat next to him.

Veronica’s POV
Once we finished dancing we went back to the boys. I sat next to Jesse and Bailey went over to sit next to Zach. I was actually having a good time talking with Jesse. We talked about what happened after high school, and ours bands. I told him about Natalie and Lena our other band mates. Speaking of Lena I hadn’t seen her the whole night.
“Hey Bail have you seen Lena?” I said. I didn’t trust her alone in a club I was always afraid she’d get too drunk and someone would take advantage of her. Bailey started to look around and her eyes widened and she rolled them so hard I thought they’d fall out her head.
“There she is” Bailey said annoyed.
And yeah there was Lena, practically swallowing a guy while sitting on his lap. I wasn’t even surprised it was typical Lena. Ever since she broke up with her boyfriend shes been acting like a hardcore slut.
Zach and Jesse turn around and start laughing hysterically, I was extremely confused seeing as I didn’t see anything remotely funny.
“That’s our drummer.” Jesse said amidst tears
“No way. Bryan. He’s a fucking idiot” Zach says still laughing
When I look back at Lena I see her start laughing and then she out of nowhere throws up everywhere.
“Oh God” I say and get up and go get her. Bailey comes with and helps me pick her up. She reeks of alcohol and I can tell she’s overly intoxicated. Bailey and I agree it’s time to go and we tell the boys that we have to leave. Looking slightly disappointed they walk us out.

Jesse’s POV
Zach and I were kind of upset that Vern and Bailey had to leave, but we walked them out and helped them with Lena, by helping them get her into their car.
“So I guess this is goodnight” I said to Veronica
“I guess so”
“I’d like to see you again sometime, take down my number?”
She gave me her phone and I put my number. Zach gave Bailey his number as well. Before we started to walk back to our car Veronica stops me and kisses me on the cheek. I couldn’t help but to smile. I thought about her for the rest of the night.
