I sat on Kit's hospital bed beside him.. He's healthier looking now if I were to compare how he looks like a week ago..

Kit then stared at me with his confused eyes.. I smiled and reached for his bump.. He's growing fast now, good thing he's really strong and kind.. Since Kit came here, he didn't cause his Papa any discomfort or pain.. His check ups also show a lot of development and improvement..

Really really courageous and lovable..

"I'm not your Dad, baby boy.. But, can you willingly go with me?"

I can't think of any best time to say this.

"What are you talking about Ming?"

"Kit.. Can you.. come with me? Can you and the baby, come with me?"

"Ming."

Kit's voice reflected fear..

"I can't be like your husband but, you won't come alone in any way if you're with me. I can't promise anything but, I'll be with you and always choose you in everything."

I continued caressing and focusing on his tummy..

"You don't have to do this.. If we're talking about what I said before, that is--forget about it.. Ming, my mind was just hazy during that time.. I'm lost of what to do or say.. I didn't mean to involve you.."

"I'm involving myself. I'll just need your Yes and I'll work on it right away."

"Don't say such Ming.."

He looked away rubbing his stomach.. I moved closer and extended mine to hold his hand.. Is he hurting?

"Forth told me about having some plans of us living together.."

He darted his eyes to me..

"That was not long ago but look at where we're now.."

His voice trembled.. But I can't be weak for him.

"Kit.. Just an answer from you and we'll leave.. Just an answer to change everything in your life now.. You're just one step away with a Yes to leave everyone hurting you and for me to make my promise to you possible.."

I pleaded.. This decision will not only change Kit's life, it will also affect everyone involved in this messed up and cruel set up.

Yeah.. No one wishes this to happen, but at least for once, I wish for Kit to have a chance.. A chance maybe to have an option for himself.. and a right to choose his life.

"Ming.. I can't do this to you.. I already dragged Panpan.. and this kind of option is too much.. Ming, except my baby, I don't own anything.. I am nothing.."

Nothing?

I secured my gaze to him, and unlocked my unspoken words..

"But Kittinan.. You have me. You're everything to me.."

At this point..

"You're never nothing.."

What else left not to say?

"You think my standards are cheap? Hell no.."

Yeah, dumb dumb.. and Kit smiled warmly..

But the response was silent..

And in the silence, his tears rolled from such  beautiful face full of gentleness..

I sighed..

The room suddenly felt heavy and confining..

Confining though at this moment, all I hear were sobs, all I smell was lodoform, and all I see was a preggy kitty crying unbearably..

"Though I might can't make you happy, I'll keep you safe and secured.. You.. and the baby.."

I insisted..

"Ming.."

He weakly blurted out..

"Yeah?"

"Please forgive me.." 

Is this, it?

"Forgive me but please take me away.. I want to come with you.. I want to leave.. Please, Ming.."

Geez..

He still doesn't understand how willing I am to do everything for him. I nodded and turned away..

"I'll be busy for the coming days, make sure to be healthy and careful.. But I can assure you once I'm done, everything is ready.. Okay?"

"I-I got it.. and.."

I looked back only to witness his gorgeous smile.. very very mesmerizing..

"Ming, thank you so much.."
