"Miiiiiiiing! Are you awake? Buy me."

"What do you want?"

"Something nutty."

"Okay..*yawn*"

"You just woke up?"

"Because I just also went to bed."

"Oh? Did I disturb your sleep?"

"No. Just enough time for me to buy your food.."

"Uhmm.. Okay! See you later bird poop."

"Urgh! Yeah goldfish brain!"

I stood up to prepare for work. Three hours of sleep is not that bad and I have to prepare the preggy some food. It was the Doctor's advise to make him eat meat but he mentioned that he can't take oily and fishy smelling food.

I checked my phone and I still have three hours. At least I can also take some breakfast.

*Ping!

"Ming? Can we take breakfast together instead?"

Am I still dreaming?

"It's fine.. want me to give you a ride?"

"Yeah.. the same neighborhood.."

"Okay.. on my way."

I've been bringing him food from time to time but this is the first time that we'll eat together.. aside from those times that he's so fond of eating my food after taking the food I brought for him.

Will that even count as eating together??

The moment I arrive, he's already waiting.

"Why are you here? I told you to let me arrive first before leaving your house."

"I just don't want you to waste more of your time for me."

"Dumb!"

I brushed it off but his words lingered to me. Like, yeah.. Why am I giving this guinea pig so much attention?

But before anything else.. I guess it's already time for him to tell me about his husband. I thought he's alone but I guess he's not. Actually, he doesn't say much about his family.

We came not too long and I ordered the food immediately and requested some additions and extra. He wanted something nutty but he needs meat, I can't just let him eat nuts whole morning.

"So.. Do you think you can tell me something about your husband now?"

"Hmm?"

"You mentioned you're not single."

"Oh.. yeah. I have a husband. He's still studying."

"Young love?"

"Business marriage."

I frowned.. If that's the case..

"Then, your husband must be really rich. You don't look like you come cheap."
