Chapter 33!

CODYS POV:

I miss her.. a lot. i miss the way she would smile at me when i complimented her. She didn't believe me, but i meant it. I miss the way she said Cody. i miss the way she hugged me everytime we had to part.  I just miss Savannah. Alli does too, she's been so upset for the past few days.. that was her main best friend here in the states and now sav doesn't even remember her. it's hard, i know.

I decided that sitting at home dwelling on how much i miss her isn't the best thing to do , so i decided to go catch some waves on the beach. This probably wasn't the brightest idea either, considering this is where i first met Savannah. 

i haven't done much surfing, i've pretty much just been sitting on my board in the middle of the water staring at the sky. i wish there was something i could do to make her remember.. but there's not.

Mum,dad, and tommy went to Australia for a couple weeks and Alli & I stayed behind becuase we have interviews and some stuff. So it's just me and Alli at the house. Alli was sitting on tumblr when i left, crying. i wish i could help her.

SAVANNAHS POV!:

I walked to beach, my mom offered to drive me but i wanted more time to clear my thoughts. A few girls from school, who i''m assuming heard what happened, stared at me as if i lost all of my memory. no, trust me hun i still remember when you stole my boyfriend in 8th grade. I still hate ya. 

I finally arrived at the beach and found a place that wasn't crowded and sat down. the way the waves crashed on the shore was beautiful. I checked my twitter mentions and they all just say "are you and Cody still together" and stuff like that, i just deleted the app. I went on facebook and i had tons of friend request from people i don't know, cody fans. I have 4K followers on instagram, Cody and alli follow me, i go through my old post. Mainly all of them are with Cody and Alli. I wish i could remember.

i put my phone in my bag, and just stare at the ocean and you'll never guess who i saw just sitting in the water. Cody. He sees me as well, and smiles at me. I just look at the ground. i feel tears coming again. when i look up Cody is standing in front of me. 

"hey, it's good to see you" he says.

I wipe the tears from my eyes.

"are you okay?" He ask me and sits down next to me.

"Cody, stop acting like you care about me. Just go back to your famous and amazing life. go back to being seen with all those pretty famous girls." i say.

"Savannah, i'm not "acting" i care about you. a lot. i mean you're my girlfriend.. well was. i know you hate me, and i wish you didn't but i got you to love me once i think i can do it again, montgomery."

"bet you can't, simpson. i strongly dislike you."

"Give me a chance to show you who i really am? please?"

"nah, i'm good." i say and stand up. he does too.

"fine, but i will prove you wrong!" he says with a smirk before i walk away.

i decide to grab a smoothie before i go home. i walk in the smoothie shop and place my order and turn around to see Alli.

"Savannah, hey!" she says and smiles.

"hey, Alli" i say

"how have you been?" she asks.

"umm i don't know. I've been going through pictures from the last month in hope that maybe it will spark some memories but it doesn't. i hate it because when i see the picture of you and me i always get like little flashes of i think the mall. but that's it. that's all i got."

".. savannah, we met at the mall. i didn't know that the girl i was giving fashion advice to would be my best friend within 24 hours."

"Alli, i was thinking. what if you explained like some of the pictures and other stuff about our friendship.." i say.

" do you think maybe it would help?"

"i'm willing to try anything at this point."

She smiles, "i'd love to! maybe you can sleepover tonight.. if you want of course!"

"yeah, sure." i say. "let me just text my mom and let her know."

To Mom: Aye mommyyy, I ran into Alli at the smoothie shop and we're gonna talk and try to see if she can help me remember and stuff so imma sleepover at her house tonight,k> see you tomorrow <3

From: mom: k, love you sav <3

"STRAWBEERY BANANA SMOOTHIE?" i hear the guy behind the counter say and i grab it from him.

"thanks" i say.

i walk back over to Alli and we head towards the door.

"i'm sorry" i say

"For?" alli ask

"not remembering our friendship."

"vann, it's not your fault! we're gonna make you remember!" she says and we both laugh.

we arrive at the simpson house and Alli  unlocks the door and we walk in. i look aroudn hoping it would spark something.. nothing. 

"to my room!" she says and leads the way.

we're walking down the upstairs hallway when we were interupted.

"Alli? is that you?" it was cody. he walked into the hallway.

"Savannah? hey!"

i bite my lip.

"yeah she's spending the night so we can try to help get some of her memory back." she says.

"can i help??" he says.

"nah." i say.

"please, i spent more time with you then alli did!" he says.

"Cody, please just met me try to remember one thing at a time."

"alright.. well, if you guys need something let me know," he says.

"thanks codes!" alli says.
