chapter 28!

"Alright, Simpson. On the count of three go!" i say with a smile on my face.

We both get ready. "One... Two... Three... GO!" i say.

We both take off from the edge of the pool. I have to admit Cody was really really good. I kept swimming and i looked over to see where Cody was and he was already at the oppisite end of the pool. Dang it.

I finallly reach the end and Cody says "Wow, bout time, Mongomery!" 

I laugh and give him a playful shove. 

"I think we both know what this means, Savannah.." he says with a big smirk on his face.

"i don't know what your talking about, Codes!" i say with a fake clueless look on my face.

"Oh, yes you do!" Cody says "You owe me a kiss!" 

"huh? i'm sorry i don't know what you're speaking of" i say with a smile on my face.

"Come here!" he says and starts swimming towards me.

I quickly turn in the other direction and swim away from him, laughing the whole time. i finally reach the other side and begin trying to jump up on the side to get out of the pool. Before i could get myself up i felt two strong arm around my waist and they pull me away from the side.

"CODY! PUT ME DOWN!" i yell at him and laugh.

"Not untill i get my kiss! i won fair and square!" He says not removing his arms from around my waist.

"OKAY! fine you're right! you won! i'll give you your kiss! just put me down!"

"Promise?" he asks.

"put me down!"

"okay, okay!' he says and lets go of me. I turn aroud and look into his eyes and then lean in. Our lips were inches apart when we hear.

"I'M HOME! DID YA MISS ME?" it was Alli.

we both pull apart and look at the door and Alli walks out.

"oh... hey guys? what's going on here?" she ask.

"Nothing.. just going for a swim.." i say.

"but when i left you guys weren't like talking to each other.." she says with a very confused look on her face.

"yeah.. things change quickly sometimes." i say.

"oh my gosh. thank you. you know how hard its been trying to hang out with both of you when you guys werent talking and it was just horrible."

We both laugh.

"hey, i'm gonna go inside and grab something to eat. Hangout later?" she ask.

"totally!" i say and Cody agrees.

Alli walks back inside and shuts the sliding glass door.

"you still owe me that kiss, Montgomery."

i laugh and quickly swim/run to the stairs and run towards the back door. Cody wasn't far behind me. I open the sliding door just enough foor me to get through and them quickly close it. I pull the handle so Cody can't open it. it worked for a minute but he is obviously stronger than me.I let go of the handle and started to run towards the stairs but i felt Cody wrap his arms around me once again. I tried to get away but he tackled me to the ground.

"FINE YOU WIN, SIMPSON." i yell.

"You finally admit it. Now where is my kiss?"

i finally give up and kiss him. and then i hear.

"Awww cutest couple of the year award goes to.... SAVANNAH AND CODY!!!" 

i forgot Alli was in the kitchen. awks... Cody and I look at each other and laugh. Cody stands up and helps me up. 

"That bathing suit looks really good on you, girl!" Alli says.

"yeah it does!" cody says with a wink.

i laugh. 

"So, Savannah. Alli, do you guys want to go to the Hunger Games premier with me tongiht? (i know that it's already past and stuff but just go with it. K? k.)

"Yeah, sure." alli says and goes back to what she was doing before me and Cody came in.

"umm i don't know..." i say and bite my lip.

"what? why?" Cody asks.

"I don't know.. i've never done any thing like that before.."

"You'll love it! You will have tons of fun!" Cody says trying to convince me.

"Okay.. yeah, i'll go!" i say and smile a little.

"Good! It will be much better having you there" Cody says.
