Chapter 16!

RECAP:

We change into our pajamas and Alli lays in her bed and i lay on the couch that she has in her room. I lay there for a little while and think about Cody. I can't wait for our date tomorrow. Nothing can ruin it. nothing.

I woke up the next morning to my phone vibrating i checked it. It was Mackenzie.

"Hey Van! I can't wait to sleep over at your house tonight. Love ya, gal!" 

A tear formed in my eye when i realized it was Saturday. My bestest friend in the world was moving  to the oppisite side of the country in the morning... ugh.

"Can't wait! love ya too, girly!" i reply back to her then stand up. Alli was checking her twitter.

"You're finally awake! wanna go get some breakfast?" she ask.

"haha yeah, that sounds good." i say. Alli closes her computer and throws it on her bed.

We head down the hallway when we hear " Lately i got this feeling i don't know whats the meaning but i know it's strong and it's over you". Cody singing in the shower. 

Me and Alli look at each other and burt out laughing. Then we continue down the stairs and me and Alli both have toast. We chat about fashion, school, and music. I'm so glad i met Alli. She is like a second best friend to me. At least i will still have her when kezie moves away. 

"Hey, i have to go get ready!" i say.

"ohhh, Savannah has to get ready for her date with Codyyyyy! That's soooooo cutteee!" she says. "I'll help ya!" 

"You're so weird! haha okkay!" i reply.

She runs up the stairs and i finish up my orange juice. I put the glass in the sink and then start heading up the stairs. As soon as i get to the top i run into Cody. Literally run into him. Just like the day we met. 

"You're gonna have to stop running into me, simpson!" i say laughing and looking at him. he just got out of the shower and all he was wearing was shorts. ;) 

he smiles and then says "Hey, we'll head to the beach in 30 minutes! is that good?" he ask me.

"yeah.. that's great!" i say.

I walk into Alli's room and she has all of her make up out. Oh no.

"hurry up and get dressed, girl! We gotta get you ready in 30 minutes!" she says

"Omg, Alli! were you listening to our conversation?!" i ask her.

"yeah, but it really wasn't that interesting so.." she says.

I laugh and put on my bikini and then throw on my shorts and tank top over it.

"okay, do what you wanna do, Alls" i say to her.

"Yay!" she says. She applies Waterproof mascara and some foundation and a little bit of lip gloss.

"Which sandals should i wear, Alli?" i ask her.

"Definetly the ones with the white straps!" she says!

I throw them on and then grab my phone and Alli gives me a hug and says "have fun!" then i walk out and knock on Cody's door.

He opens it and he is wearing bathing suit bottems and a tank top. o m g. 

"You ready?" he says.

"Yesss!" i say!

"then let's go!" cody says as he grabs my hand.
