I ate up the food on my plate. I wanted to be as strong as possible when I went to save my love. I heard my phone ding in my pocket. I never figure out how the human girls get my phone number. That phone was meant to just be for Jess to contact me. I knew it wasn't anyone from the Fey Realm because they just got into contact with me through my badge. It was from Jess. She must've had her phone in her pocket when she was taken. I was now excited and quickly typed my password in. I went into messages and looked at the screen. She had sent me a picture. Maybe she was going to show me where she was! Once the picture loaded, I looked at it and gasped. My love's lips pressed against that monster's. She wasn't even trying to get away. No! The prophecies were becoming real. The tears began coming. She rubbed it in my face! My Jess kissed my arch enemy and rubbed it in my face. Fury took over my body and I scrunched my hands into fists, crouching the phone. I threw it at the wall and stormed outside. I ran to the palace and said the spell as fast as I could to get in. As soon as the doors opened, I ran through and to the the council member's room. I was glad to see that all three of them were in there talking to each other.
"I need the team now!" I announced.
Startled, all three of them turned to me.
"Excuse me!" Aleric said angrily.
"He needs to die now!" I yelled.
Ariana came to my side.
"Dean, calm down. What happened?"
"Jess is with Daniel. She sent me a picture of them kissing. She rubbed it in my face! I need to kill him!"
"No... This is probably just some big misunderstanding." She tried to explain.
I wish I could believe that but she was destined to be with him and it was inevitable. It was just that no one expected it so soon."
"I want to see the picture." Emane said.
"I... Um... I kind of... You know... Threw my phone at a wall and broke it." I stuttered.
"Great. That is the only thing that could have helped us find her... Genius." Aleric said, the last bit under his breath.

"We'll get a team ready." Ariana said.
"What?!" Emane and Aleric both yelled in unison.
"I know how much this means to Dean and we do need The Definer back... Even if she is no longer on our side." She quickly whispered to her badge and it only took about two minutes for about two dozen vamps and elite guardians to march into the room.
"We leave now." I said and marched through the crowds.
They all looked at the council members before following me out. We walked out of the palace and onto the streets.
"Dean! Dean wait!" Emane called.
I turned around and looked at him. He gulped before continuing.
"Ariana showed me from memory what you conjured up on your screen at home. There is another Realm. It is exactly ten metres from the tree between it and the pond. The password to get in is moro mischief. Good luck."
"Thank you." I said.

I ran toward the portal to the meadow and the massive group followed behind me. It was quite strange being the leader of a group this big. We all jumped through and they all wandered around the meadow in awe. It actually looked terrible since the last time I had seen it. A lot of the grass was missing where Ariana must've made the shield. Ashes laid the ground from the death of the tevits. I saw the pyrotosers body also. I grabbed a dagger and threw it through its back. I knew it was already dead but I needed to make sure it would stay that way. I walked back to the tree and counted out ten metres towards the pond.
"After I go through, you have to follow me. Be ready for anything." I called to he group.
I whispered under my breath the words that Emane had told me. I felt myself sinking through the ground and then falling. The ground was horribly far away and I wasn't looking forward to impact. I hit the ground with a thud but it didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would. I saw someone else land on the ground about two metres away from me. I quickly moved out of the area so I wouldn't get hit by any falling creatures. All of the vampires seemed to think that the fall was not very painful but the faeries had a little more trouble.
"Anyone who is able to run, come with me. Everyone else, stay together until everyone is better and then catch up." I whispered and headed off.
About fourteen of them followed behind me. Only three faeries though. I was starting to pick up Jessica's beautiful, intoxicating scent. No! She betrayed me. I couldn't think of her like that anymore.
