This is the sibling commitment that I wish I had with my brother. During Mandara's time in the hospital, MA gave temporary command of the entire Mandarian Army to his most trusted lieutenant so he could spend more time with Mandara, he did have to lead the counterattack against the soviet bombers, but aside from that MA never left his brother's side.
It's even sadder to think that he lost his father to an enemy and that Mandara was almost killed by another, MA truly was scared that he was going to lose his last family member to a foreign country, and that is why he stayed with Mandara, because he didn't know if each time he visited was going to be his last moment with Mandara alive.
