(I had urges, ok, it happens, if you don't like this, then don't keep reading.  There is no actual NSFW, just the aftermath of it, I think you'll understand quickly where it's going.  Other than that, enjoy the story, and be nice in the comments.)

"Well, I guess I'll just let you take it off when you're ready," he said to MA, then pointed to his own neck, "there is a button on the underside of the battery cartridge that will release the locking mechanism, after that, you just take it off like you would any dog collar."

MA nodded in understanding, Ukraine reached for the collar again, but this time unhooked the leash from it, "well, if that is everything, I will be off," he said, turning to Mandara. Mandara nodded and walked up to his now-former enemy, holding his hand out for a handshake.

Ukraine wordlessly shook his hand, then did the same with MA, but he held on for a bit longer than he should have this time, he then leaned close to MA and whispered in his ear.

"Don't think that this is over, MA, I still have one last gift for you, I'm sure it will arrive in a few months, and I'm sure you'll take good care of it for me."

------

Those words still rang clear in his mind, even after nearly five months, MA still couldn't make sense of what Ukraine was talking about.  Whatever that "gift" was, it still hadn't come, so was he tricked, or did the Slavic country just forget about it?

"I've got to let that go," the militant said to himself, rhythmically clicking his pen, "I can't focus on anything with that clogging up my mind, it's so frustrating."

He leaned back in his chair and buried his head in his hands, work had been so hard to concentrate on ever since he came back from Ukraine's imprisonment.  Even though he promised his brother that he wouldn't "galavant around", he still had a lot of things to do with the war recoveries, like damage repair and tallying what equipment was used and lost.  Despite this, he couldn't get it done, no matter what he did he just couldn't focus on anything, and a lot of things contributed to this.

First, MA noticed that his eating habits have gotten a little weird, just the other day one of his soldiers laughed at his lunch; a ham and grape jelly sandwich stuffed with pickles.  Even right now, he had a cup of lemonade and hot sauce sitting next to his computer, he didn't even know why he's been craving all these weird foods.

Then there were the mood swings, sometimes he would be very placid and not want to do anything, and other times he got pissed off at the smallest things, like when someone had the heating on too low.  Normally he would blame that on his MSPD, but he hadn't heard that voice in his head in nearly five years, which meant he was probably in hibernation.

Another little thing that MA noticed was that he was gaining a bit of weight, it wasn't a lot, just enough to be noticeable by his soldiers, who commented on it a lot that he needed to cut back on the weird snacks.  His brother also pointed it out once, but after MA snapped at him he didn't mention it again.

"Gah, shut up and focus on your damn work," the militant groaned, it was quite common for him to narrate to himself, just another thing that distracted him.  Taking a deep breath and a sip of his probably poisonous concoction, he picked up his pen and forced himself to finish some work, hoping it would last more than five minutes.

About two hours later, three soldiers were walking and talking on the way to the bathroom for a secret smoke break, Sergeant Jacob Mars, Private Travis Harold, and Captain Grant Charlotte had become close friends after the war, it was just them and their general against the wrath of Ukraine himself.  They've been worried about MA recently, they always had to clean and treat the aftermath of Ukraine's playtimes, so they knew what he did to the militant, and had a sneaking suspicion that something more happened.
