"Ashlynn? If I knew you were involved in this I would have thought differently - God, your face! Are you alright? Is Allison here?" Chris turned to us as we stepped out of the car and I shook my head quickly.

"Don't worry - she's fine, and not here. I'm fine. It's just me, I wanted to help"

Chris nodded and went to speak but Derek butted in before he could. "Can we skip the guardian talk please? Time's running out - we need to find them before they mame and kill everyone in sight"

"Got it" I walked over beside Isaac and Chris, looking down to a duffle bag that was slung over his shoulder. "You have a plan?"

"I do. Cora and Boyd have completely given into the full moon while you three are trying your hardest not to feel it, not to turn full wolf" Scott nodded along with him as he spoke. "Which means that they have a big advantage on you"

"So what do you suppose we do?" Derek folded his arms across his chest.

"Focus on your sense of smell, your enhanced hearing and sight. Look for signs that we might miss as humans, track down Boyd and Cora before they kill anyone"

"Sounds easy enough" Isaac shifted anxiously next to me and I gave his arm an encouraging squeeze.

"Use your eyes to trace infrared motion - it's easier to do that now that it's dark, that'll give us the edge" Reaching down into his bag, he pulled out a small set of binoculars and a few weapons, handing them to me. "Us humans can have some extra help, but you'll need to give yourself to the full moon in order to be useful to us"

"Boyd and Cora won't know what's hit em" Sliding the weapons into my belt, boots and down my sleeves, I stood back up and nodded to my friends. "We need to lead them somewhere, someplace where they can stay until the sun comes up"

"Somewhere they can't kill anyone" Scott looked at the ground, he was thinking.

"Once they reach the end of the reserve they'll be right in the middle of Beacon Hills, they'll have access to anyone and everyone that they can kill. We won't be able to stop them then" Derek shook his head, he was right - we had about thirty minutes until they had made their way through the woods, and then we would be out of time.

Nodding at him, Scott looked towards where the High School sat. It was right on the perimeter of the reserve. "They would need to go past the High School first"

After a moment of silence, Isaac's face lit up next to me. "The Boiler Room"

"What?"

"The Boiler Room, inside the High School"

"He's right" I nodded my head and looked at him, following his train of thought. "It's perfect. It has no windows, industrial walls, no students and only one door. We could lead them down there and trap them till the sun comes up"

"It could work" Chris turned to me. "It'll need to work. We can use the emitters to bring them down, they'll want to follow the sound"

"Emitters?" Isaac raised his eyebrows and I knew what was coming next.

"Emitters" Chris stated, pulling one out the bag and clicking it on, sending a screech through the air and causing the boys hands to snap to their ears and wince in pain.
